Finest City Registration has been licensed to help the public with CA DMV registration needs for 23 years. Our business was one of the first to become licensed to have CA DMV programs in our office. We are business partners with the CA DMV which allows us to access records and aid people in all walks of life with registration issues. We offer years of experience and expertise. Unlike the CA DMV we endeavor to assist people in a timely manner who are trying to simply renew or transfer a title . We are open to the public and an appointment is not needed. Our team is friendly and always willing to listen to the problems people have with the state DMV.
San Diego is quite a populous city and Pacific Beach, specifically has a great influx of people from all over. We offer the service to people who need to register their vehicles in California. We are licensed to do the physical inspections, collect the proper fees and issue out registrations and California license plates here on site.
Because of our expertise, we work with customers year after year for their DMV needs. This includes many businesses as well, car dealers, rental car agencies are amongst our clients. The vast majority of our customers are so pleased with the services we have provided that they insist they will never go to the regular DMV again.
We also license and transfer vessels. We are located in the Pacific Beach area of San Diego and work with many marinas and individuals who own watercraft
All in all, our business provides a valuable service to people who don’t have time to spend in line at the DMV or have documents that were not deemed acceptable by the DMV.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
A good majority of our customers have already been to the CA DMV office and had their paperwork rejected or do not understand what additional information is needed. We have to begin the process of correction and work with our resources to get the problems fixed. We have close to a 100% completion rate even though the CA DMV operates very slowly and some documents must be submitted directly to DMV Headquarters in Sacramento. Our team makes a point to follow up even though the state’s DMV is difficult to access.
We also have to maintain files and records diligently as our business is subject to audit and review by the California DMV. We keep our state issuance, license plates and stickers in secure cabinets and safes.
Each of the employees has to go through a licensing process which includes fingerprinting and background checks as we work with personal records.
