Ghaith, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
It all started when I began understanding how technology will begin changing our lives and the manner we take on when completing daily tasks or performing certain jobs.
More importantly, after achieving my first goal, which was graduation university, I began to look at bigger and better things. I wanted to change the world step by step, and through that mindset.
I began through changing my self and adapting to every environment I situate my self in. It is remarkable how powerful the human brain is and how training it to master certain skills and techniques aids one in achieving the measurable goals they set for themselves. I took part in countless ventures or projects prior to settling to where I am today. I was a rough learning curve.
However, I managed to ground and humble my self to always learn and look at incidents that took place from a positive aspect. I adhered to each and every experience as a learning one, along with a great attitude came wonderful results and innovative thinking as well.
Has it been a smooth road?
It absolutely was not easy. Every set back has a comeback. However, it is on the person to push through and come back strong. Setbacks are looked upon as bad or negative and pessimistic. However, if they are looked at as an opportunity of growth life begins to change, and a person’s attitude really reflects that.
One incident I faced was at a startup I founded a few years ago, after learning the craft of how it is done I did not stop there, I managed to pivot into a bigger and stronger industry (e-commerce). I did not look at that experience is a failing one. Yet I saw it as a learning and an exciting learning curve which led me to where I am today. Countless other incidents took place, however, it is always on us how we view them.
Sometimes, individuals in life and in certain industries think success happens overnight or in a short period of time. And that is not the case at all, success is a result of the day in and day out increments of small accomplishments and achievable timely goals, along with a combined hard work and intensified discipline of work ethic and integrity, success could be achieved.
The highest individuals on the food chain do not stop there, they keep taking on challenges and conquering them one by one.

We are a gadget based online store. Through teamwork and specialization, we began to draw out our puzzle piece by piece until we managed to foresee and lock our vision. We have a lot of competitors out there, but we pride our selves through delivering quality products, phenomenal packaging and gaging with our customers’ experience.
When we deliver our products, we personalize the product and the medium it is delivered as part of our service. In conclusion, we are customer service based and we obsess about it. It is very important for startups to understand that one customer could break you or make you because at the end of the day our customers are whom we serve and cater to, and we want them to feel the value and the time as well as the hard working that was put into the process of fulfilling the orders they place.
We are small yet have huge positive impacts through our business philosophy. We are different because we see customers being our soul and heart of the platform we bring to the public. Without them, nothing could be possible. Of course, the backend operations and the hardworking we put in is calculated in the equation. However, our online customer ecosystem is seen as the heart and sole of what we do today.
Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
This is a highly intuitive question. I could go on for days to answer this question. With that being said, I admire the culture and the historic aesthetic that San Diego has to offer. It is a melting pot when it comes to cultural demographics, and therefore that helps out a lot when it comes to startups that are customer base obsessed.
Therefore, we began learning so much about diversified customers, and the culture they are from the online habits of shopping on our platform, which brings me to stress on this beautiful city is a healthy environment for startups to begin.
There are always negatives when there are positives; however, this is not the place to disclose that because we are yet to experience any encounters, whether they were business based or social based. The only thing I see as a dislike, and this is something I heard a lot, is the price of living. Thus, we are paying for the great weather and wonderful exposure we are getting.
