Hi Gigi, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My name is Gigi and I am the creative guru behind SOLIT Creative, your new favorite multidisciplinary creative studio for businesses who need to have a go-to guru & creative partner in crime who can get it done.
SOLIT Creative began out of necessity: when my husband was stationed overseas, I needed a flexible career that could adapt to life’s ever-changing demands. This moment became the catalyst to pursue my passion, and SOLIT Creative was born as a space where creativity, strategy, and personal drive come together.
As I was building SOLIT Creative, I also received an ADHD diagnosis. This became the greatest blessing and ultimately felt I could unlock my superpower. It validated the boundless energy and unique perspective that has fueled my entrepreneurial spirit, giving me confidence to create in a way that celebrates innovation and resourcefulness.
I’ve always been fascinated by the digital creative ecosystem—the rapid changes, the endless possibilities. But I also noticed so many businesses stuck in outdated practices that didn’t work for them. Early on, with my first venture, The D.I.Wifey, I experienced the lack of genuine, accessible guidance, and I knew I wanted SOLIT Creative to embody the opposite: a community-driven, empowering resource for entrepreneurs.
We’re here to support small business owners through collaborative and empowering creative solutions. Our mission is simple: to make creative services accessible, practical, and impactful for small businesses looking to grow in their own authentic way.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not at all.
Imposter syndrome has been a real challenge for me, especially with so many others doing similar work. Some days, I found myself overthinking every detail, while other days, I struggled with idea paralysis, feeling completely stuck.
A part of me wanted to rush everything to keep up, but I soon realized that wasn’t the answer. I had to step back, slow down, and find what worked best for me—essentially applying SOLIT Creative’s strategies to myself. This approach helped me focus, stay true to my vision, and grow at my own pace.
We’ve been impressed with SOLIT Creative, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

We take pride in a collaborative approach, which is extremely important to how we operate and work together. Whether you need us to pick up the loose ends or need us to be hands on, we’re here to support your business and it’s goals. Together, we’ll create a strategy that’s sustainable and attainable while being able to remain authentic to your brand, vision, and how you want develop your online presence.
We are guided by our SOL Sparks: boldness, adaptability, grit, collaborative, and curiosity. These are our values of who we are at our core, our DNA, and what’s essential to maintaining the rhythm and vision we have for ourselves and clients.
The name SOLIT is inspired by a blend of cultural pride and vibrant energy. As a proud Fil-Am, I chose the word “sulit,” [soo-lit] meaning ”worth it,” and combined it with “sol,” the Latin word for sun. The sun symbolizes energy, positivity, and clarity—qualities I bring to every project. By merging these concepts, SOLIT was born.
Plus, it’s a fun play on words: working with SOLIT is truly SO LIT!

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
When I was younger, I saw success as something measured in financial gains or personal achievements. While those milestones bring a sense of accomplishment, they don’t truly capture the essence of what success feels like. My perspective has since evolved, and now I define success as creating a meaningful impact that resonates far beyond the immediate moment.
To me, success is about sparking a ripple effect—planting a seed that has the potential to reach far beyond what I can see, creating positive change for others. Each decision becomes a catalyst, inspiring growth, innovation, and new opportunities for those around us. Over time, this approach transforms success from a personal endeavor into a broader legacy, reflecting values and vision that carry a lasting impact.
It’s no longer about personal gain; instead, it’s about contributing to a cycle of growth, inspiration, and transformation—something that, in its own way, continues to ripple outward.
