Today we’d like to introduce you to Haley Kelly.
Haley, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
For as far back as I can remember, I have always wanted to help people. In my earlier years, I didn’t know which route I wanted to take or how I was going to positively change people’s lives. I felt drawn to the holistic and natural approach to health and wellness, and this curiosity guided me to where I am now. In December 2014 I had an idea that I wanted to create something truly special for my family for Christmas. I have always felt connected to dream catchers and the Natives, so I decided I would create dream catchers for their gifts.
As I gathered materials and looked specifically for different pieces for each of my family members, the flame of creativity lit me up! As I created each dream catcher, I felt my heart so full as I poured my love, intention, and prayers into them. That Christmas so was special sharing these handmade symbols of love and I felt encouragement from my intuition to continue creating.
Word got around and I began receiving requests from people left and right. One day I was asked to create a dream catcher for a woman who was experiencing nightmares, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I felt so honored to be able to help someone in this way. This was where my process of creating began to evolve into what it is today; a very intentional, personalized, and healing art.
After hearing great feedback from the receivers of my dream catchers, I began to look into other healing modalities that I could learn to help support people on their life path. Throughout the next few years, I came across meditation, essential oils, yoga, sound healing, and Reiki. Each of these tools deeply enriched my life and supported my over health. For the next four years, I began to practice and integrate each modality into my everyday life.
Originally I was on a quest to help others, but in the process, I have learned so much about myself. I have healed old wounds I didn’t even know I was carrying, released energy blocks, discovered my passion, and developed my confidence to follow my inner guidance and live a purposeful life.
Has it been a smooth road?
Along with my journey, I was working in the restaurant industry. I had been a server for a few years and had enjoyed the financial security of having a steady flow of income coming in. I had been receiving intuitive guidance to leave the service industry and to go full time in my holistic business practice- yet decided I could continue to do it all and work harder while growing my business.
Well, out of the blue I injured my back on Halloween of 2017. This injury was more serious than I had thought and had literally put me on my back for months. I kept trying to work, but I was in so much pain I eventually chose to quit so I could focus on my health. For the last 10 months, I have developed a deeper relationship of self-love and self-care.
This injury that I had first seen as a horribly frustrating struggle, has turned into the biggest blessing! This quiet time of meditation, receiving from other healers, and learning more about who I am, has transformed me into a more balanced version of myself.
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Infinity Weaver story. Tell us more about the business.
My business is called Infinity Weaver. I focus on the person as a whole and empower my clients to step into their truth. When people want to work with me, whether it’s for Reiki, sound healing, or a dream catcher, they know that they are getting a service totally tailored and personalized for them. My intention is to be a supportive guide along their healing journey, sharing tools and wisdom that empowers the person to take steps into their most authentic self.
If you had to start over, what would you have done differently?
I think I would take more deep breaths and tell myself its okay to heal, regardless of how long the process may be. As well as remember that nothing is permanent.
I feel that it is incredibly important to share that wherever you may be at this very moment, struggling, frustrated, or feeling lost – know that this is your medicine. No one needs “fixed”. Remember you have the answers within you that you are searching for.
