Today we’d like to introduce you to Ina Dimitrova.
Ina, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I was born in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. The city is one of the cultural centers in Eastern Europe with breathtaking events happening daily. I was always fascinated by the people making these miracles happened, and I dreamt of becoming one of them.
At the age of ten, I moved to France with my family. I have a Bachelor Degree in Hotel & Hospitality Management. I have a master’s degree in Business from the National University of San Diego, and I specialized in HR management.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
As a small business owner, I feel the biggest challenge is to never lose faith in yourself and your brand. I try to stay constant and keep on working on myself and my product every day. I truly believe the best things come slowly and after a lot of hard work and I try to never give up.
In the fast pace of reality, we live in the world is changing daily. It`s ok if your business is not what you`ve imagined originally. If you feel that the way you`re doing business is not working, change it and don`t be afraid!
Please tell us about InnAvation Events.
InnAvation Events specializes in wedding planning and corporate events. We`re a full-service event management company. Which means our client can rely on us for all aspects of the event: Day of Coordination, rentals, food & beverage, entertainment, etc.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
Growing up in Sofia, my favorite memories evolve around attending gallery opening and musicals with my grandparents. I believe I was five the first time they took me to the theater to watch a Broadway Style show.
