Meet Jason Royle of White Label Home Collective in North County

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jason Royle.

Jason, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I moved to San Diego in 2004 to pursue school. My brother had been living here for some time, so there was a natural draw to San Diego. I had been living in San Diego for a couple of months when I randomly got onto a party bus for a Halloween event at the Prado.

I met a couple of guys, Errol Asuncion and Jason Herrick from Fortune Industries that evening, and my life literally has not been the same since. Shortly after that evening, they asked me to start promoting Friday night events at Stingaree. This was an easy decision for me as I had always been a party planner.

I was always trying to be involved at social gatherings in one way or another and was often times putting them together myself. From that point forward, I was running a team of promoters for Fortune 421 for six years. We were constantly in the limelight from San Diego to Miami where we threw some of the best pool parties in the scene across the nation. We had a fashion line, a philanthropy program, and a growing events business.

All the while, I was serving tables at a few restaurants around the city. I started at Jack’s La Jolla in their fine dining. My tenure there was the first day they opened to the day they went out of business. Almost four years. The day after Jack’s closed, I got a call from a good friend Jerome Astolfi who was the General Manager at Market Restaurant in Del Mar. I had the pleasure of serving the best food in the city there for nine years.

Needless to say, I’ve always had a knack for the hospitality business. From restaurants to events to social gatherings and bars. It was all in my realm. As I got older, my desire for something greater got stronger. It was then I made the perfect phone call. A good friend of mine Roderic Stadelmann had left Market Restaurant to get into Real Estate a few years back.

I had always kept in touch with him for the “every so often” beer. I knew he was doing great in his business. He started the company White Label Home Collective which is a luxury group in North County Real Estate. On that call, I asked him what it would take for me to get into Real Estate. I won’t bore you with the rest, but I’ve been a part of White Label since January of 2016, and it’s hands down the best decision I have made.

Selling Luxury Real Estate goes hand in hand with what I’ve loved about the hospitality business for so long. Being able to add value to someone on a day to day basis is priceless.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It’s been far from a smooth road. Getting into Real Estate is certainly not for the faint of heart. Not knowing where your next paycheck is coming from will scare anyone. I guess that’s direct sales for ya. I’m still learning every day.

Between contracts to the ebb’s and flow’s of the market, to continuing to build my network, and handling client’s biggest assets, it’s all part of the game. It’s not all “million dollars listing” if you get what I’m saying. You gotta grind.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with White Label Home Collective – tell our readers more, for example, what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
White Label Home Collective is a Luxury Real Estate Group in Rancho Fe. We specialize in North County between Del Mar & Rancho Santa Fe.

We recently merged with Compass which is a technology based Real Estate company dedicated to changing the way Real Estate is done globally. I couldn’t be more proud to be a part of a team that constantly pushes each other to succeed. We consistently strive to be better both in sales volume and client experience.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
Plans for the future are big! Both business and personal goals are massive. I recently moved to Cardiff with my girlfriend, Tara.

Starting our own Real Estate portfolio in the near future is certainly in the cards, and I’m excited about the direction things are shaping up!!
