Jered , let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Almost 10 years ago I almost lost my life in a drive-by shooting. Immediately, I realized a bigger “force” was at play here, so I devoted my life to God and helping heal others while giving back to society. I was working as a medical assistant for a doctor at the time who became my “mentor”. I was honest with him about what had happened, considering that I was a bit shellshocked at work when I went back in, and he simultaneously told me he would be retiring in a month. He said he will either write me a recommendation to work for another doctor (who ironically now is an affiliate of my company and refers lots of his clients to me), but he also then said that I should go start my own health and fitness company. We had exchanged conversations in my time working there and he was quite impressed with my knowledge and experience in the fielf. So, I quit, and a month later I got my business license, and started my own health and fitness business, I changed my life. I discarded any concepts that did not serve my personal advancement or evolution, and I began to metaprogram my human biocomputer. I never looked back. I was already a trainer and a nutritionist from years ago when I was 20 and a GM at a big corporate gym in North County. I started Full Force Fitness On a dollar and a dream, which in a later metamorphosis became Aztec Supplements due to the famous Aztec Cleanse. Since then I have worked with and coached some of the best athletes in the world (UFC, Bellator, NFL, Swat, Navy Seal, ). I also have a Hollywood actor and rapper clientele. I have raised thousands for Rady’s Children’s Hospital & The SD Rescue Mission via fundraisers/toy drives. I have worked with the city directly and the chamber of commerce. My products are also cleared by the USADA which is the global doping commission for the Olympics. I am endorsed by local doctors both here in LA and a handful of Hollywood actors. In this process, I have become a self-taught student in philosophy, psychology, theology, theosophy, occultism, mythology, chemistry, physics, history, and more. I have also become a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners, Native and Pagan medicine and Ayurvedic Doctors as well.
Has it been a smooth road?
Just like any business, you have your ups and downs, but similarly like parenting, you “get what you put in.” I have always said that weeds will grow on their own, but roses take special fertilizer to grow. If you plant the right seeds in your business foundation you will blossom. Innovation has always been key, as I have been “obsessed” with meeting the needs of my clients over the years. Since we treat everyone like family and our own, we are blessed to have a very loyal client base. Marketing is extremely important especially if you are doing it all on your own. First impressions are also last impressions in business so it has been paramount to be at my peak performance 24/7 and my clients almost expect that from me which is great accountability.
