Today we’d like to introduce you to Jill Agnete Hybertsen.
Jill Agnete, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Charity Rahmer opened her yoga studio about seven years ago. Her goal was to provide a sanctuary for people to go to and heal. A place to find peace. Everyone is welcome. We want to make yoga accessible for everyone. We try to leave the ego out of it and provide a healing and fun experience. Anyone can do yoga…anytime in life.
Our community of teachers and students has grown to be such an amazing and inspiring collection of souls. We feel very grateful to be a part of it. We are a lil mom and pop shop yoga studio… and we want to keep it that way. We are family.
Has it been a smooth road?
Are there any smooth roads in life? Everything comes with the ups and downs… the most important thing is the love and energy behind it. The underlying intention of being of service to humanity.
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Indie Yoga story. Tell us more about the business.
We offer yoga, breath, meditation, and sound healing to our community. We provide a place to connect and feel welcomed, loved, and accepted. Our community of students and teachers is what keeps people coming back, I don’t want to use the words “sets us apart” because yoga is all about Union.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
We want to grow as it comes naturally. 🙂 We will expand when the time is right and go with the flow of the greater good.
