Today we’d like to introduce you to JJ Stomp.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
My company start on July 7, 2000, under LMC and changed to Lao Hollywood in 2012. It was a lot of hard works to bring my company up to where it is today. We are so fortunate to have a great team of people working with us since day one. Now, my company is growing better than I expect it and I hope to become film distributor in couple years.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
No, it has been a couple times of strugglings on the way. 1.) In 2001 was very challenging in financial and casts. The Technology wasn’t there yet, cost of labors and technology was crazy expensive. 2.) Locations of filming were hard to find. 3.) Too much expenses on props and setups.
Lao Hollywood – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
We are a production company, we specialize in making films (movies) and we’re known for as Film Productions Company. I am so proud of my company because of the talented people who work with us. The most important and sets us apart from others are new talents. We are giving new talents a chance to show themselves or prove themselves on the screens that they can be a STAR at Lao Hollywood. You don’t have to be a big star to be in a major role or lead actors, we’re always searching for a new star with great talents.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success comes from yourself, love what you do, believe in yourself, focus on what you want to accomplish and work hard on it each day. Don’t live the DREAMS – Making the DREAMS.
