Meet Justin Flisher

Today we’d like to introduce you to Justin Flisher.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
It started at 2016 when I graduated from Helix High School. I know I wanted to jump into real estate because it’s a job that defined me in a job. I love meeting new people and being the reason to there happiness. I love going out and exploring my city and learning new things about it. Since I’ve been a realtor, I’ve seen plenty of places that I haven’t seen before such as the La Jolla area and Coronado area BOTH beautiful places. Growing up was pretty hard for me moving from family to family. I was officially adopted at two years coming from a family of 23. I grew up in the City of La Mesa, where I attended Murray Manor Elementary School. La Mesa has always been home to me.

Has it been a smooth road?
Nothing is an overnight success. I failed the real estate test 9 times but something told me to keep going. I was determined and loved the field. I had to cut off a lot of distractions that was happening around me. It takes a tough mindset to not go to the sunny beach and stay in and study for about 8 hours of the day. Finally passing some struggles that I have encountered has been getting people to take you seriously. Only being 21 but getting my license at 20 years old took a lot of time for people to trust me. I get asked all the time about my age and it’s either people are proud of me or kind of treat me a little different but with the excellent service I provide they know that I am serious and take my job very serious about finding my client the right home.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into your story. Tell us more about the business.
After getting my license, I immediately signed with Keller Williams. My best friends mom Myrna Harrison was my mentor and told me that Keller Williams is the best training company to start with and that it was. I love technology and luckily we are a technology-based company. We have a whole database that’s straight on our phones and is always working for us. I’m very proud of where I landed. It helps me grow my business fast and more efficient. I think what sets me apart from others is that I’m young and I have a very determined, motivated and willing mindset. I love making videos on houses and a day in the life as myself. I’m very outgoing and me representing myself as a “full time “ agent. It’s in my due diligence to provide the best service to my clients.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
Within the next couple of years, I’ll be looking to expand my business and grow myself a team. I would love to give people the opportunity to work with me and give them the knowledge of a motivated realtor. I’ll also be starting my own media company because I love film and love being behind the scenes of house or also any act of film.

It’s refreshing to see a young man making a name for himself. Not many can do it, but this man right here is off to achieve what most people won’t. Can’t wait to see where he is in 2 years.
