Today we’d like to introduce you to Katie Dares.
Hi Katie, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I’m a passionate realtor headquartered in Orange County, California, who is committed to providing optimal solutions to homebuyers, sellers, and renters. I took advanced college courses in business management, real estate principles, real estate finance, and real estate practice even while I was in high school, where I graduated with a 4.0 GPA in 2020.
While still in High School I also took an internship at NACA Law, a faith-based non-profit organization. My work at NACA Law put me on a mission to aid the public by assisting in the preservation of homeownership before I obtained my real estate license. I joined the Nonprofit Alliance of Consumer Advocates as a Junior Advocate and was swiftly elevated to Senior Advocate within a year. I was able to realize how much more passionate I was about assisting my clients with their real estate journeys because of my time there.
My father, a businessman, serial entrepreneur, and real estate investor was my first introduction to the industry and my most significant career mentor. He engaged in active conversation on market insights with me at home and supported me when I expressed a professional interest in real estate and wished to pursue it as a career.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I have to admit that the many doors of opportunity that have opened for me have been a huge blessing. From my incredibly supportive parents to my bosses, who have taken me under their wing and invested in me both professionally and personally…I certainly have but only gratitude.

I’m a top-tier realtor with Home Saver Realty with the expertise and imagination to come up with solutions for any real estate buyer or seller. I have already built an incredible network thanks to my exceptional understanding of market dynamics, which will only assist to make the real estate process for any of my clients more efficient. I am skilled at coming up with answers and thriving in setting up win-win scenarios.
I think what makes me stand out from other agents is my love for the real estate business and the desire to truly help my clients to find their perfect homes. Each real estate transaction presents a conundrum that I absolutely love solving. Furthermore, my clients can rely on me to provide them with the highest level of professionalism and service.
What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
Southern California’s year-round accessibility is my ultimate favorite about living here. I like that you can travel a short distance to any coastal city to soak up the sun, and I also love that you can travel a short distance to the mountains to snowboard or ski, or make snow angels.
I am also an avid sports car enthusiast. In my spare time, I enjoy frequenting local car meets, roller skating, and studying the latest real estate trends, market predictions, and cryptocurrency. And, where better to be to do all that and so much more than right here in SoCal?
The worst is unquestionably the traffic!
