Today we’d like to introduce you to Missluvsoul Marie.
Missluvsoul, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I was led into the personal development industry through my own personal battles and overcoming of anxiety. I became passionate about spirituality, self help and motivation. I used what I learned to develop a strong sense of peace and happiness and felt called to use what I’ve learned to help others.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
There is a lot of stigma with mental health and there was a lot of shame. I kept my anxiety and depression hidden. It has been very liberating to open up and share with others. Some so many people suffer in silence, but it is the silence that causes shame. When opening up, I have found a lot of freedom.
We’d love to hear more about the company.
My company is Katie Marie VIP. I offer one on one and group coaching programs. I work with driven woman entrepreneurs who are ready to live life on their own terms. I help people to get certain on what they want and clear away any limiting beliefs that say they cannot have it. I was trained in motivational interviewing, a powerful tool for change. I’ve also been trained in reiki, energy healing, but my most powerful tool would be my own personal experiences and intuitive gifts. I am working on my first digital course that will help a woman overcome fear. What sets me apart is that I empower people to find the answers within themselves. I don’t impose my beliefs on people. I help people to get clear on their vision and work through anything that hinders them.
What were you like growing up?
I loved to sing and dance, I went to SD School of Creative and Performing Arts. I was in dance, acting and photography. I also have kept a journal my whole life. I love to write and love anything that is a creative outlet. I was very shy as a kid but would come to life through the arts. It was an outlet that allowed me to express myself.
