Today we’d like to introduce you to Khaliah Jones.
Khaliah, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I started the growth of the Lotus when I began my journey of self-discovery. In the beginning, I was Budding lotus, as an artist, natural talent, nothing I took pride in because I didn’t need to work for it. Budding Lotus evolved into Young Lotus, which was when the Alchemist began to reveal itself to me. I explored metals and stones and found I was attracted to the earth and natural material. Fast forward, to years later, after having my son in a natural setting, I discovered that I was a healer and found interest in being healed by everything provided by our home; Earth. I realized I can grow my own medicine, food, clothing, etc. I remembered my body can heal itself, it was built to repair itself. From these series of discoveries, Master Lotus was born. I have decided to claim self-mastery. I am a huge self-love advocate. I whole heartedly believe, if you love yourself first and believe in yourself, you can accomplish anything. It took a lot of shedding, rebirths, and isolation to find my self-love, self-confidence, and self-determination. I had to get comfortable being put in uncomfortable situations. I’m used to being in the background, so when it came to putting my products on the forefront and being acknowledged for my services, I still receive rushes of energy, whether it’s excitement or nervousness, I’m not sure but it’s a rush that keeps me doing what I do. It’s my community that has kept me going, kept me researching herbs, testing products, focusing on products closest to pure and natural as possible. I would not have reached this point without the abundance of support from my community.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Oh, it definitely has not been a smooth road. It still isn’t a smooth road. I go through cycles like the seasons, sometimes I’m pumped and ready to network, create, travel, produce. Other times I get in my head, negative self-talk, “you don’t deserve this”, “you can’t handle that”, “your friends are going to think you think you’re better than them”, honestly that list can go on forever. I spiral, I hit setbacks from companies, legal issues, finances alone is a bumpy winding road. I am a stay at home mom, so when I reach the point of saying “forget this, I’m just going to get a regular job”, I have to remember all the people I’ve taught, healed, touched, inspired. I have to ask myself “is this worth it?”, and every time, it is always worth it. My advice for anyone building a business, “ When you reach that 6th challenge and feel like giving up, remember all the lives you have touched, remember why you started in the first place, look at how far you have come.”
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Master Lotus – what should we know?
Master Lotus is a space of healing. I specialize in topical and spiritual healing. Skin-related complications and energy work. I am known for my balms and butters. As a company, I am most proud of the results. Though I am confident in my work, I still get surprised when it actually works and heals. What set me apart from other product lines is Master Lotus is more than the products. It is a blueprint for anyone unhappy with their lives and feels as if they have nowhere to turn to. It is the first step towards a healthier lifestyle, I want Master Lotus to be that friend that reminds you that if you love yourself, believe in yourself, and dive deep inside yourself, you can accomplish anything you set your heart towards.

Oh my goodness, everyone I come in contact with deserves credit. My boyfriend and family is always encouraging and supporting me. They test my products, find events, invest, anything I need they are there. Rose Quartz has introduced me to so many wonderful souls, they keep my spirit alive, her podcasts keep me motivated and aware. My photographer, Ricki, has this amazing ability to bring my visions into reality, he is also a fascinating Aura and Tarot reader.
