Meet Laurie Greenfield

We’re thrilled to introduce you to Laurie Greenfield, who was introduced to us by Martha Yancey. Thanks for sharing your story with us Laurie. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I have been a Realtor in North County San Diego for 15 years. I moved here with my 3 kids from the Chicago area via Australia and Seattle but originally from Los Angeles. My mother, at 84 has been a realtor for 50 years and is still practicing in the Palm Desert area, so it is in my blood. I love what I do and I love working with people. It feels so good to see people realize their dreams by buying home. A home is more than just 4 walls. It is a feeling, an accomplishment. It is your safe haven. Its where you raise your children. Its your investment. I help people. I would not want to do anything else!

We both share a mutual admiration for Martha Yancy and her firm Yancy Law. We’d love to hear more about your experience with Yancy Law.
I met Martha through a networking group I work with called SBRG. We were the founding members. She reminded me that since I had been divorced, I needed to redo my will and trust. So I came to Martha and she did a great job of making me feel like I put things in order should anything happen to me! I think anyone would feel extremely comfortable with Martha. She is very professional, yet very down to earth. She is extremely knowledgeable and helps you to really get your affairs straight!

Martha has great things to say about your real estate practice. What should we know about your work?
I am very client centric. I am relationship focused. I do not care about the next pay check. I do not have so many clients that I can not focus on each of my clients individually. I listen intently. I fight hard for my buyers and I negotiate hard for my sellers. I know my markets and I know what it takes to get the deals done. I also know many agents in the community and because of those relationships I often find off market deals for my clients.

It’s a new decade! We’d love to hear your plans for the future? Any exciting plans or new areas you are looking to take your business into?
I am working with a new marketing company that will hopefully help take me to the next level!
