Lena, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
General Problem – Sell Your Solution. A lot of business owners that sell high-ticket service packages struggle with a clear vision, process, and execution of a marketing and sales strategy that set’s them up with a steady stream of qualified leads and a predictable and high conversion rate when they are trying to close these clients.
The reasons are as follows:
– Not knowing where to start with sales and marketing and being completely overwhelmed by the plethora of options.
– Many are solopreneurs that don’t have an in-house team to support them so the lack of streamlining and automation is breaking their back between servicing and selling their contracts.
– Lack of clarity regarding their niche and pain point that they are solving and as a result inability to communicate effectively to the client so that they feel compelled to buy.
So we developed the Sell Your Solution platform to address all of these issues in four weeks and put someone from stuck and overwhelmed to selling their solution “inflow”.
Outlook
Right now, we are working primarily with coaches as our first niche to roll out or video and private-coaching service. However, we are expanding our business rapidly at the moment and are already planning to add new training for new niches such as “Sell Your Solution – For Engineers” & “Sell Your Solution – For Freelancers” who struggle with the same problem and lack the professional training & resources in how to effectively streamline their sales processes to convert in high rates with minimal efforts.

We started with coaches because this is an area where people particularly think, “It’s hard to make a living as a coach” or “There is so much competition out there.”
Coaches can change someone’s life or business forever, so the actual price tag you can put on their services is sometimes almost invaluable. And yet, coaches dramatically underpay themselves and often struggle with a healthy work-life balance for themselves, trying everything under the moon to drum up new clients with disproportionate effort and diminishing returns that yield to mostly awareness but no new clients.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The best personal story of struggles would be my personal struggle with health issues and chronic pain I experienced in my teen years, which ultimately inspired me to change my life around, improve my lifestyle dramatically and study high-performance & coaching. The whole experience of being a coach let me ultimately to helping other coaches help more people and be better value creators rather than service providers.
