Hi Leon, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
It all started with a phone call. One day, I received a call from an athlete who needed help. From that moment, I went to work, determined to assist him in realizing his dreams. Not long after, I received another phone call from a mother seeking guidance for her son, who had been drafted by the Dallas Cowboys. I was able to connect him with a legendary agent in the industry, and through that connection, he made it to the NFL.
For me, it all begins with a call for help. When that phone rings, you have to accept the mission. And that mission is to do God’s work—helping others achieve greatness and fulfill their potential. It’s not just about success; it’s about making a difference, guiding people toward their dreams, and giving back to the community.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It wouldn’t be a game if there were no challenges. Every game has three essential principles: first, you must know the rules of the game; second, you need to understand the parameters and barriers; and third, there is no game without an opponent. Obstacles are a given. The greater the obstacle, the greater the challenge—and with that comes a greater victory. This is the nature of the game. This is sports and entertainment. Challenges are a part of the journey, and overcoming them is what makes the success even more rewarding.
