Today we’d like to introduce you to Levitt Baldwin.
Levitt, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I am a single Parent of 4 and a little over 13 years ago, I was cleaning my house “something I actually enjoy doing”. and this thought came to me about my own cleaning business! I was tired of working a 9 to 5 and the child care expense within itself was killing me. So I did some research and talked with a few family members and friends who at that time thought I was nuts! Here I am a single parent and I’m quitting my day job that is guaranteed income to go clean houses! I had to follow my heart. Cleaning is something that I love to do! The look on my clients faces when I have completely transformed their home is priceless. every day is a different day and owning your own business is not as easy as it seems. As of today, I have several office/home contracts and some ongoing projects. Sky is the limit! lots of hard work and sleepless nights but it is so worth it in the end. I would not be where I am today if it wasn’t for God giving me vision to be who I wanted to be. My children are my motivation always, my family and friends who give me that extra push every once in a while and my clients that spread the word. I need you all as much as you need me!
Has it been a smooth road?
It has not been a smooth road! Cleaning is not the” cleanest job” so there are lots of unforeseen things we stumble upon that can make you sick or at times make you walk away from cleaning and not look back! when the Swine Flu epidemic had become #1 on the news. I was one that unfortunately ended up with this virus and had to stop cleaning for a while due to being really ill. This was tough because I didn’t know if I wanted to go back to cleaning again! Because I had become so ill, my Dr. advised me to take a break from cleaning. So I ended up at another 9 to 5. I was there for 3 years and I loved where I worked but I was missing something! I wasn’t doing what I really enjoyed doing…my passion is cleaning! So I tried to juggle both my 9 to 5 and my cleaning business. After a while, I started rebuilding my clientele and all started to outweigh my day job so I resigned and stepped right back into cleaning

We are known for our excellent customer service and Quality on time cleaning! What I really love about Quality Cleaning is “We clean out the box” meaning that we can clean pretty much anything. We experiment and try different cleaning methods
Is our city a good place to do what you do?
I did initially start in San Diego and then relocated to Escondido. I do feel that San Diego is an Excellent place starting out. There’s a lot of competition but this city is so big there are plenty of opportunities to become the best at what you do!
