Today we’d like to introduce you to Lilene French.
Lilene, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I became a professional certified life coach during one of the toughest moments of my life. I was fighting homelessness, depression, insecurity, and mental abuse. I recognized that my life results were only a reflection of my mental capacity, and if she wanted to see different results, I had to change the way I saw myself, and opportunity.
I now run a lucrative coaching business, and I travel all over the country to educate women on the power of living a life of purpose and positive self-discovery.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The road to becoming a professional certified life coach, while fighting through homelessness, mental baggage, and depression was quite challenging. I had to constantly remind myself of the reason why I wanted my (Integrative Wellness & Life coach certification) goal in the first place.
I believed in the principles that I learned throughout my learnings of life coaching study, that I started to apply the techniques in my own life, and I started to see amazing transformation. Now that I am a certified life coach, my goal is to share what I’ve learned with other women so that they too can learn to develop their strengths, and learn to apply the same principles and methods in there day to day lives.
Now that I look back on my journey, I wouldn’t change anything because I discovered strengths that I never knew I had, I discovered my inner Queen.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Reflections of A Queen, LLC – what should we know?
Reflection of A Queen, LLC is a faith-based life coaching service designed to Empower, Educate, and Equip women on the importance of living a life of purpose & positive self-discovery. My coaching service helps women and teen girls get past limiting beliefs that keep them stuck, and unhappy. Once we tackle the root of the situation, we then begin to create an action plan tailored to meet your current need(s), and desire(s).
My coaching process can help women see beyond their current self-imposed limitations and learn to recognize any self-sabotaging thinking patterns. They will gain the ability to regulate their own emotions so that they are empowered to make more conscious choices to ensure positive life change.
Reflections of A Queen, LLC coaching service gives women informative self-assessments, by asking deep (reflective) thought-provoking questions. From there we start to create a personalized action plan toward achieving their overall goal.
Currently, I offer personal development E-books that inspires women to really take the time to re-discover their strengths, and skill sets. I also have an amazing personal development podcast that helps women stay empowered throughout their day to day experiences and/or lives.
I’m very proud of my company’s accomplishments, and I thoroughly enjoy reading my clients reviews about their life-changing experience(s) with my services. I get so much joy seeing all of my clients break free from negative beliefs, and ultimately changed their paradigm.
