Just a small-town girl from Northern California who wanted to make her mark in the event planning industry with creative touches along the way. Started off with photography in high school then later evolved in all types of design using different mediums and later realized planning all types of events was something I could excel at. I quickly grew a passion for all details great and small. One event after another, the next I’m running multiple businesses including an event planning, design and photo booth company. I’m always chasing for adventures, ready to learn new things and pushing my skills to it’s greatest potential.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Owning your own business let alone multiple ones have been bittersweet over the years. It’s been amazing for the most part but of course, the main struggle of finding consistent work has and will always be a challenge.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Odineva Events & Designs – what should we know?
I am an event planner specializing in weddings. I enjoy coordinating events as if I was putting on a broadway show and love being behind the scenes. Every detail counts so why not make it custom and personal to each client. I also create custom designs by designing digital things or craft personalized signs etc. to match each event. I take a lot of my own photos as well once I have the finished product. Lastly, I started a Photobooth company in 2018 that has been so much fun and convenient for me to add on my services. Your truly one-stop-shop.

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
My parents, family and friends. I don’t know how I would get to where I am without them. They are the biggest supporters and cheerleaders I’ve ever had in my corner. Special love and support from my parents who constantly help me be a part of my events and help me physically with all the logistics and setup.
