Ben, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.

We offer a stunning selection of diverse designer wedding gowns at incredibly reasonable prices. An exclusive feature to our showroom is that we provide every designer sample gown in multiple size and color runs. Our knowledgeable and patient bridal stylists are eager to help each bride find the perfect gown. We also offer veils and exquisite accessories to complete any bride’s look. The Luv Bridal experience is 100% bride focused. We only cater to the bride and we love getting know each love story.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Doing something special is never easy. Our number one goal is to provide each bride with an amazing experience. Doing that day in and day out can be a challenge but it’s one we love to embrace.

Luv Bridal is a unique type of bridal retailer. We have a very close working relationship with all of vendors. As a result, we offer amazing designer wedding gowns at prices most bridal retailers simply can’t compete with.
But quality and pricing aren’t the only thing special about what we have to offer. As a result of our close relationship with the designers, most of the dresses we offer are available exclusively at Luv Bridal. Brides who have been all over town looking at the same styles over and over again will find almost everything at Luv Bridal is new and exclusive. We also have an unparalleled ability to customize our products and as a result the bride’s experience is simply exceptional.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
We’ve made some mistakes along the way but each mistake was an opportunity to learn a lesson. I’m not sure we would trade any of those opportunities. Each was a chance to better ourselves and our company. Our mission from day one has been about the customer’s experience and as a result we are constantly looking for ways to improve. Everything the bride sees, from the products we sell to our showroom’s ambiance, affect her experience. We are constantly looking for ways to improve what we do but our mission has never changed.
