Hi my name is Nancy Lopez and I’m an esthetician just like Victoria. We met in esthetics school and from the get go I saw her immense drive for success so from the beginning we just vibed. I’ve been licensed for about 4 months and am currently working at a spa.
Awesome, let’s get into a bit more details. As you know, we’re huge fans for Victoria Cartagena & Adore You Esthetics and so we’d love to hear more of the story of how you met Victoria and what your experience with Adore You Esthetics has been like.
Victoria and I met in esthetics school, in the beginning we weren’t really that close as she went to night school and I went in the mornings. One day she came in and asked the students if we wanted to get lashes done completely free, me having already gotten lashes once was a little hesitant but I knew I had to help a fellow esthi out. My past experience with lash extensions wasn’t the best so truthfully I didn’t really know what to expect but I was completely surprised by how relaxed and simple the service was. From the beginning any questions or concerns I’ve had Victoria has always been accessible and ready to address my questions without a problem. Adore You Esthetics offers lash extension services but Victoria has a more personable approach. She’s all about self love and empowering her clients which makes you leaving each appointment looking great and feeling great. I feel like really anyone looking for quality lash extensions could benefit from seeing Victoria because of her flexibility, for instance if I’m feeling in a chatty mood we can talk for the full two hours, if I’m feeling tired I’ve slept the entire session, if I just don’t feel like talking she’s offered me taking earphones and just listening to music and zoning out. The entire appointment is catered to the specific needs of her clients therefore making it fit for many people.
Please tell us more about your work and what sets you apart from others in the industry.
Like I mentioned before I’m a esthetician just like Victoria. Being so freshly licensed makes it a little difficult to explain what I specialize in (since I’m starting out and can’t really be picky with clients). In the future though I would like to specialize in acne, having dealt with it myself and having loved ones around me with it I know how much it can take a toll on someone’s self esteem and overall mental health. I would like to be known as an esthetician who works with my clients to achieve their personal goal and helps them maintain that goal. For now I’m just working and hoping to reach milestones I’ve set for my career.
