Today we’d like to introduce you to Natalia Maestre.
Hi Natalia , we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’m Natalia, also known as the Love Guru, and heart has always been my compass in how I move through the world.
My career started in marketing, working for an implant specialist who took me under his wing. He mentored me, invested in me, and helped sharpen gifts I already naturally had: building relationships, connecting people, and understanding how to communicate in a way that moves people.
When I was 25, a family friend who is an incredible marketer and coach invited me to a personal development seminar. The room was filled with people empowering themselves, creating extraordinary things, and asking much bigger questions about their lives. Over lunch afterward, he asked me what I wanted to create in the world around people and contribution. At the time, my answer was simple: “I just want women to be happy.” But even I knew there was something much deeper underneath that answer.
At 26, my world really shifted. I entered an intense seven-month leadership coaching program that, at times, felt a little like the Michael Douglas movie The Game. Everything I thought I knew about myself, relationships, success, and what I wanted was being challenged. I started realizing how much there was to learn, and also how much there was to unlearn. That led me into years of personal development, business coaching, mentorship, and doing my own inner work.
Eventually, I began working with love coaches in high-ticket sales, speaking with women from all over the world who were ready to begin their journey toward finding love. Something interesting kept happening on those calls: women would ask if I could personally coach them. That stayed with me. I eventually said yes and began working one-on-one with a few clients, but life had other plans, and I took a break from coaching.
Then COVID happened, and my path shifted again. I poured my energy into marketing and expanding my partner’s dental laboratory, eventually becoming co-owner. Through building the business and creating relationships within the dental and entrepreneurial communities, I kept noticing something in the women around me. So many were accomplished, powerful, and showing up every day, but carrying far more than anyone could see.
I realized women needed a space that could hold all of it: the ambition, the burnout, the reinvention, the anxiety, the business, the relationships, and the person underneath all the titles.
That realization brought me back to the question I had been asked at 25 about what I wanted to create in the world. More than a decade later, the answer finally had a form.
That is how The Women’s Alliance was born.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
One of the biggest challenges along the way has been learning that growth sometimes comes with grief. There is a kind of grief people do not always talk about, and that is grieving people who are still alive. Sometimes those people are family, and creating distance becomes necessary because the relationship is no longer good for your well-being. It can be incredibly painful to love people while also recognizing that their judgments, expectations, or ideas of who you should be are no longer aligned with who you are becoming.
Learning to choose my peace, trust myself, and create healthier boundaries has been one of the hardest and most important parts of my journey.
Those experiences also made me realize how deeply I wanted community with women who were up to something bigger than themselves. Women who wanted to make an impact on the world, who understood the challenges of entrepreneurship, and who knew what it takes to continue showing up every day while navigating everything happening behind the scenes.
I wanted to create a space where women could connect beyond surface-level networking, have real conversations, support one another, and feel understood. That is how The Women’s Alliance was born
As you know, we’re big fans of The Women’s Alliance . For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
The Women’s Alliance is a community I created to bring women entrepreneurs together in a way that feels meaningful, organic, and supportive. Many of the women I connect with are navigating entrepreneurship while also experiencing burnout, anxiety, depression, or major life transitions.
I host events that feel grounding and safe, while offering women practical tools, new perspectives, and genuine connection. I invite powerful women to speak about their experiences, what they are building, and what they have learned along the way.
What sets The Women’s Alliance apart is that it is not just another networking or marketing event. I want connection to happen naturally. I lead with my heart, share my gifts, and also learn from the women around me. I am especially inspired by women in their 60s and 70s who are still reinventing themselves. I hope to always be that woman who continues transforming.
I am most proud of creating a space where women can feel seen, supported, and inspired by one another. Our next event is December 4, and if you are a woman entrepreneur looking for community and a place to share your gifts, I would love to connect.
So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
I’m always open to connecting with women, brands, and organizations that understand the power of community and meaningful, soul-level conversations. There are opportunities to collaborate through events, speaking, partnerships, sponsorships, or simply bringing the right women into the room.
I believe women need community. We need a tribe, spaces where we can show up as we are, share what we’re creating, and support one another through both the beautiful and challenging seasons of life and business.
If what I’m building resonates with you, I’d love to connect and explore what we could create together.
