Today we’d like to introduce you to Olga Diaz.
Olga, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
My name is Olga Diaz and I am the founder and CEO of GRACE, LLC. I have been working in the field of Assisted Reproduction for almost 10 years. I entered this field from the legal side due to my training and education; however, I realized early on that the administrative side, coordinating egg donations and surrogacy journeys, was where my passion lay. Years of working with intended parents from all over the world and surrogates all throughout Southern California led me to the realization that surrogacy journeys should be managed more effectively.
Specifically, providing a customized experience for both the intended parents and their surrogates, while limiting the financial and emotional risks inherent to such procedures. Passion and commitment for making these life-changing journeys a positive experience paired with an unwavering ethical devotion led me to create GRACE, LLC, a business dedicated to achieving the most positive experience for all parties involved in an assisted reproductive birth.
GRACE, LLC. started in 2014 with me as its sole employee. As of 2018 GRACE has expanded to six employees and has grown from working with a hand full of intended parents and surrogates to working with intended parents spanning the globe (America, Argentina, Italy, France, Spain, Czech Republic, China). While the scale of GRACE has increased, the personalized care and individual attention provided by GRACE has remained the same, which is why GRACE continues to garner a stellar reputation for providing unparalleled services.
On a personal note, I was born and raised in Cali-Colombia, where I received my degree and masters in Law. I moved to the United States and received my second masters in Law from the University of San Diego in 2007, I am a dual citizen of Colombia and the United States.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
When I first embarked on this venture I was nervous. It was a risk leaving a comfortable position from which I was used to receiving an established salary. However, I had the vision of making the process better than what it was, I had the confidence in my abilities to make it successful, and I had a strong work ethic that I knew would maintain my reputation and establish my company.
GRACE – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
GRACE is a facilitator for surrogacy and/or egg donors journeys. we specialize in matching individuals called intended parents with suitable women (egg donors and surrogates) who are capable and willing to help the intended parents create and carry their baby, as medical or personal circumstances prevent the intended parents from naturally having a baby themselves.
GRACE is well known for the personalization and compassion brought to each surrogacy journey, as we work with individuals (intended parents and surrogates) from different backgrounds and life experiences. We incorporate their wishes and needs into a unique experience tailored just for them.
GRACE is proud of the many lives we have helped enter this world, truly little miracles, and the way in which we have been able to positively impact the surrogacy journeys of the parents and surrogates with whom we have worked with throughout these years.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
For me, success is being part of something meaningful; something I truly love, and as it relates to GRACE, it is being part of a team that transforms dreams into realities.

-Referrals from past or current clients (parents, surrogates, and egg donors)
