Today we’d like to introduce you to Paul Fishman.
Paul, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
My Self Love Coaching business blossomed out of necessity. Prior to being an online coach and influencer, I worked as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Nutrition Coach and I found that across all these different avenues there was a massive missing piece in all of my clients. That piece was Self Love!
Upon committing to supporting my clients heal their (lack of) Self Love I experienced massive growth in my business and even more incredible results in my clients. After making the full transition to online Self Love Coaching my personal brand has exploded, and my mission has become even greater.
Over my life’s work in this field, I will empower and inspire every living thing to love themselves just a little bit more! I do this through my online presence on social media, my blog, and my coaching programs and communities.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Nothing worth doing and fighting for has ever been “a smooth road” for me. When I first started coaching, I ran into some massive roadblocks primarily in the arena of burnout. I was giving SO MUCH to my clients, working what felt like 70 jobs (really only four, but it felt like so much) and burning the candle at both ends.
The hardest and easiest decision I’ve ever made was leaving everything to focus on my Self Love Coaching business full time. At first, I did not have the full support of my husband, and that was really challenging as well. I remember a defining moment for me, broken down, depleted and crying uncontrollably on the floor after having an argument about paying the bills.
This was prior to me leaving my other jobs, and it was a moment I will never forget. I was screaming, “this is my life, I get to decide what I do with it, you cannot tell me that I am not allowed to follow my dreams!” It was in that moment that I realized that partnership isn’t always easy but having my Husband’s support was and always will be very important to me.
Once we sat down together, mapped out a plan and got on the same page, we were able to unlock the things holding us back from seeing eye to eye. Now, this experience truly supports me in coaching a lot of my clients through relationship and mindset blocks. I am so so grateful for all the lessons I’ve been blessed to learn in my life.

I am a Self Love coach and influencer operating in the digital space. My mission is to empower and inspire every living thing to live their best life through unconditional acceptance, compassion, and gratitude. As a company, I am most proud of my clients and the community. The breakthroughs that they have within my programming is so beautiful and life-changing. I am also proud of taking my business full time in the first six months of launching and being featured on The Skinny Confidential Him and Her Podcast.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success to me is not monetary. Success is how many lives I can touch, change and heal.
As my business has grown, I’ve scaled to offer many different opportunities for people to work with me.
My desire is to open up the world to understand that if we only love ourselves a little more, there wouldn’t be as much room for inward and outward hatred.
