Hi Regie , we’re so thrilled to have you sharing your story with us today. Maybe we can kick things off by having you introduce yourself to our readers? We’d love to have you go into your story and how you got to where you are today.
I started this journey of my own business 2 years ago in 2019. I was in the hotel industry for over 25 years and was looking to begin a new chapter in my life. I always have had an entrepreneurial side and saw an opportunity in CBD and natural wellness. I became intrigued with CBD as a friend told me it was helping them sleep through the night, something that I struggled with every night. I began searching for CBD and found it very difficult to find a store that was not a typical “head shop” or finding someone knowledgeable enough to guide me in purchasing the right product. It was such a confusing experience and left me with a sense of confusion.
I started doing research on different CBD stores in the area and realized there was an opportunity to bring a CBD boutique in the market and provide a better experience.
Please tell us more about your brand, Flourish+Live Well
We are a wellness store with a focus on CBD. We strive to educate and ensure that our customers or potential customers enjoy their experience in the store and online. We have hosted seminars on what CBD is and isn’t and how it helps people with common issues such as sleep, anxiety, pain and stress. I met Mary and Heather not too long ago and instantly felt a connection with them both. I loved their approach to yoga and how they were not afraid to push the limits in their offerings. I think that our comeback after the pandemic will be even more important with regards to our health and mental state and Heather and Mary are leaders in this respect. I also enjoy their “go getter” attitude and how they really complement each other with their work ethic and outlook.
