Today we’d like to introduce you to Rev Dr. Natalie Vail.
Natalie is a licensed acupuncturist, ordained spiritualist minister, initiated Celtic high priestess, Shaman, herbalist, certified spiritual energy healer, psychic-medium, Reiki Master, birth Doula, and Feng Shui consultant. She was born and raised in California and knew she wanted to be an alternative health care practitioner and by the time she was only four years old.
By the time she was eight, Natalie began studying energy healing and spiritual mediumship with her mother, Rev. Patty Vail. After several years of intense study, she became a certified Spiritual Healer and Medium by Harmony Grove Spiritualist Association in Escondido and was then Ordained as a Spiritualist Minister by Grace Spiritual Center in North County, San Diego.
Through a series of divinely orchestrated events, Natalie was led to study the ancient healing modalities of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. She specializes in providing a unique spiritual and intuitive approach to her Acupuncture treatments.
Before beginning her studies of East Asian Healing Arts, Natalie graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California Berkeley with a bachelors degree in Anthropology and a minor in Music.
Has it been a smooth road?
Following the path of a true Healer is never a smooth road and has been full of many challenges, obstacles, and personal struggles for me. It took a lot of courage for me to accept my destiny and follow through on my calling. Throughout this process, I’ve had to face a lot of my deepest fears, especially that of being seen, along with the amount of work it has taken me to support myself and become a successful female entrepreneur. The experience of owning my own business has additionally been a catalyst for me in my own personal development work and spiritual growth, so I am forever grateful for this journey.
Please tell us more about your work, what you are currently focused on and most proud of.
I am most proud of becoming a cutting-edge holistic healer whose passion is to bring self-empowerment and rapid transformation to consciousness women and men all over the world. Earning my Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine as well as being Ordained as a Spiritualist Minister are my greatest accomplishments. Over the last 10 years of private practice, not only have I worked endlessly to master multiple and diverse healing modalities, I have also synchronized my learned and natural abilities into a beautifully cohesive whole. I have created my treatments to be multifaceted, reflecting my vast knowledge while simultaneously revealing my deep care and dedication towards my patient’s ultimate wellness.
Seamlessly combining eastern medicine and other holistic therapies, these powerful treatments provide rapid relief of symptoms while healing at the core level. The modalities I use include into these treatments are Acupuncture, Herbalism, Reiki, Theta, Therapeutic Touch, Crystal therapy, Meditation, Essential Oils, Feng Shui, Psychic-Medium Readings, Shamanism, Priestess rituals and birth Doula work.
My signature method is a truly magical and powerful protocol that empowers patients to embody their highest self expression. I guide patients in accessing their inner authority, thus allowing them to dive deeper into the path of self-mastery while helping them develop their own intuitive gifts for maximum self-empowerment lifelong healing.
How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
The businesses of Holistic Health and Spirituality have gained much popularity over the last 20 years. As the consciousness of humanity heightens and more people awakening to their soul’s truth, there has been an influx of Spiritual seekers. This surge has caused a sort of “supply in demand” mentality within the industry. I believe this socio-cultural phenomenon has lead to a sort of over-commercialization of Spirituality and Health, especially in Southern California where there often seems to be a yoga studio/health coach/shaman/healer/whatnot available on every corner. This oversaturation is making it difficult for people to know who to truly trust to go to for their healing work. In order to receive high-quality care, consumers need to be educated on what type of questions to ask before scheduling appointments, specifically regarding qualifications, training, certifications, and experience.
