Ryan Lipsey is a San Diego native, born & raised in tHis amazing city, and he started in the title industry shortly after graduating from UC Santa Barbara with his beautiful wife Kelly.
In 2001, the market was quite different from today’s real estate space in San Diego, but the primary foundation has not changed: integrity & strong relationships. It’s been a wild ride since then, and Ryan has enjoyed his pathway of personal growth & helping his clients attain the highest level of production they can envision.
We live in Carlsbad, and have Bella, Jack, Blake & Tenley, who keep them plenty busy with team sports, piano recitals and community events. They are committed to being the best versions of themselves they can be each day, and to modeling a happy, productive life to their four children.
At work, Ryan is now supported by Katie, Haylie & Shelby in sales, admin, data and support roles. Committed to an ‘others-centric’ work ethos, they are continuously looking for the best benefit, value and efficient work programs for their customers, clients and friends.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
No journey is without its adversity, and the same holds for Ryan. With no shortage of professional & personal challenges, he has found that troubles & hard times are fertile ground for learning and growing.
The ‘peaks’ are great places to celebrate, but we learn in the valleys… Ryan is very grateful for the opportunity to have grown quite a bit over the years and looks forward to more opportunities to grow in the future.
