Sam, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
After serving the military for over two decades and working in different companies, I decided to have and run my own business. I asked and looked around and found several businesses that took my interest. I finally decided on giving the Dry-Cleaning business a shot and here we are today. I took over the business over two years ago and immediately changed the business image and the way we conduct business. With hard work and perseverance and continuous education we were able to change our business image to reflect what we are.
The business is family owned and operated and we take pride in what we do. All work are done on premises. We provide excellent customer service and professional dry cleaning and laundry service to individual customers and other business around San Diego.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
We had some struggles along the way. Some of the changes I implemented was hard to adjust or follow for some of our employees and other business we work with. But at the end everybody was able to adjust and appreciate the changes.

We provide environmentally friendly dry cleaning, wet cleaning and laundry. We also provide other services such as garment alterations and repair, shoe, purse/bag, belts cleaning and repair.
We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and professional dry cleaning and laundry service to individual customers and other commercial accounts around San Diego.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
We plan to expand and provide more commercial dry cleaning and laundry services to business around San Diego.
