Meet Sarabeth Sulio of Royal Hummingbird Sacred Healing Arts

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sarabeth Sulio.

Hi Sarabeth, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I like to say I didn’t choose this path, Spirit chose me. I grew up Filipino-Guamanian, surrounded by faith, family, and music, always the sensitive one who felt everything. After years in the corporate world as an accountant and database builder, I realized I was successful but unfulfilled.

That awakening led me to massage, energy work, and shamanic studies, which eventually became Royal Hummingbird Sacred Healing Arts, a sanctuary where ceremony and healing help people remember who they are. From floating sound baths and yacht ceremonies to my newest modality, The Temple of the Face, everything I offer is rooted in release and remembrance.

And because healing can also be fierce and funny, I created my alter-ego Queen CordSlay AllDay ✂️🗡️✌🏽, who teaches energetic boundaries and self-empowerment with humor and heart.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Definitely not a smooth road, more like a sacred initiation. Leaving a stable corporate career to follow my spiritual calling was terrifying. There were seasons of doubt, financial uncertainty, and moments where I questioned if anyone would understand the kind of healing work I offer.

But every challenge refined me. The hard seasons taught me how to trust Spirit, listen deeper, and rebuild from authenticity rather than fear. As an entrepreneur and healer, I’ve had to learn balance, honoring both the business side and the sacred. Each obstacle became part of the medicine I now share with others: that healing isn’t linear, but it’s always worth it.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Royal Hummingbird Sacred Healing Arts?
I’m the founder of Royal Hummingbird Sacred Healing Arts, a multidimensional sanctuary where ancient ceremony meets modern soul care. My work helps people release energetic heaviness, reconnect to their essence, and rise in remembrance of who they truly are.

I specialize in shamanic energy medicine, sound healing, cacao ceremony, and transformational experiences that blend ritual, humor, and deep heart healing. My offerings range from private sessions to immersive experiences like Floating Sound Baths, Yacht Ceremonies, and Fire Ceremonies, each aligned with an elemental theme of rebirth and renewal.

What sets me apart is how I bring both the sacred and the human together. My healing spaces are powerful yet playful, where you might cry, laugh, or dance your way through transformation. That’s also why I created my alter-ego, Queen CordSlay AllDay ✂️🗡️✌🏽, who teaches energetic boundaries and empowerment through bold humor and ceremony.

I’m also the creator of The Temple of the Face, a certification program that combines facial mapping, energy medicine, and beauty ritual to help practitioners read and heal the emotional stories written on the face.

Brand-wise, I’m proud that everything I create, whether a ceremony, ritual kit, or product. It carries intention, prayer, and artistry. My goal is simple: to remind people that healing doesn’t have to look one way. It can be sacred, creative, fierce, and fun, all at the same time.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
What I love most about San Diego? Everything! The ocean, the sunshine, the laid-back vibe. It’s like the city itself breathes healing energy. There’s something special about being able to finish a ceremony, grab an açaí bowl, and catch a sunset all in the same afternoon. It’s paradise for anyone who loves connection, creativity, and community.

What I like least? Probably the traffic on the 5 when you’re just trying to make it to the beach before sunset 😅. But honestly, even that’s a small price to pay for living in a city that feels this alive and inspired.
