Today we’d like to introduce you to Sean Zadeh.
Hi Sean, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I am an Industrial Engineer by trade, representing various engineering fields for nearly two decades. Though I am grateful for my previous professional journey, my ultimate purpose has always been to educate and contribute more to society in the way that I could help and positively impact people’s lives on a daily basis. The concept of time, age, and adequate retirement planning has always been in the forefront of my next professional journey, leading me towards the Real Estate industry! The ability to learn and teach proper real estate planning as a buyer, seller, and investor came natural to me; helping one client and family at a time toward proper wealth generation impacting their retirement Real Estate portfolio.
In 2007, I created an opportunity for my personal growth while working full-time as an engineer, leading me closer towards my ultimate passion. Understanding that most part time Realtors struggle to find optimal success, I began the journey towards taking the required Real Estate courses and later passing the California state exam. For over a decade, I have dedicated my profession to the Real Estate industry initially on a part-time and later full-time agent.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Finding personal, professional, and financial success is never a smooth road, however, it has definitely been an educational journey leading to key learning opportuites. The inital struggle, or nature of this business, starts at the beginning; where one is responsible for every part of this operation. Prospecting, networking, presenting, assisting, marketing, etc., where you become the CEO, COO, and CFO of your business, while maintaining compliant with regulatory requirements to protect you and your clients’ best interest at all times.

I am currently part of the Coldwell Banker Realty team in Del Mar. Coldwell Banker is a well known Real Estate brokerage brand and has so much to offer to their associates and clients’. Whether it might be buying your first home, selling your existing property for the best terms and price, purchasing your vacation house, or building wealth through Real Estate investment properties; my team and I are ready to negotiate the BEST terms for our clients’.

What were you like growing up?
From childhood, I was fascinated with Architecture, buildings, high rises, bridges and Arts leading me to become an engineer. On the other hand, I was equally interested in Martial Arts, particularly its philosophy of building a strong mind and body. Due to an unforeseen, uncommon medical condition at a very young age, I began the practice of mental and physical strength training at age seven till today! Maintaining an active lifestyle and having a daily workout routine has helped me stay in a good physical and mental state by maintain a positive outlook through life’s ups and downs.
Since I can remember, my number one goal in life is and has been to lead with example and a role model. To practice kindness, equality, and integrity by enriching my life and the life of others.
