Today we’d like to introduce you to Shayne Bradley.
Shayne, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
The group started back in June of 2021. I started attending car meets with friends. After attending some. I decided that I wanted to start a group. Initially, it started out as an Electric Car Group. However, shortly after, we decided to change the group’s focus. Anyone is welcome into the group regardless of what they drive. Even if they don’t drive a vehicle. We only ask that our members keep drama away from our group. Electric Ecstasy is a car group. But it’s also more than that. It’s a social group. We host/co-host meets, We have social events with the group such as restaurant nights, bowling nights etc.. We do Car Cruises, house parties and anything else in between. Electric Ecstasy is about bringing people together. Creating new relationships that will last a lifetime and being a place of opportunity for those who seek it!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Nothing worth working towards is ever a smooth road. From creating our Logo, to the groups we work with to how we run the group. Everything we do is a first for us. We enjoy taking the Road Less Traveled. Pioneering new ideas and working with our members on suggestions in which direction our group goes.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I currently work in the cannabis industry at a Dispensary. I am very new to the industry. I started as a receptionist. I am very interested in growing with this new industry which continues to expand each and every day. I also come from a very creative background. From my days of Performing in High School, working on Film projects, capturing moments frozen in time with Photography and exploring my creativity with Light by doing Stage Lighting as a hobby. I am someone who always enjoys starting new projects and finding new ways to let out my creative side!
What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
San Diego County is a very diverse region. From it’s sprawling skyscrapers downtown to the desert plains in East County to the Sprawling Coastlines in North County to it’s Green scenery in Julian! I could personally do without all the aggressive and ignorant driving that is demonstrated in the roads today. People are too much in a rush to be living here in Paradise. Slow down and “Smell The Roses!”
