Meet Stacey of Stacey Ellen Enterprises in Mission Hills

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stacey Ellen.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Growing up with divorced parents in the Midwest, I attended 6 elementary schools and 2 high schools. All I ever wanted was to fit in, be accepted, and not be bullied by the other kids. I was a sensitive, empathic child; I could feel others and loved to uplift people with my smile, my energy, dancing, and singing. Outside of school, I was a performer, always putting on shows for my parents and their friends. I knew one day I wanted to perform.

These early dreams came to a halt as I let society and my environment dictate my path. I went to college and graduated with a BS Communications with extensive studies in PR and a Business minor. Again, I did what I thought I needed to do to “fit in” and be liked. I got into the party scene and got in trouble quite a few times until divine intervention occurred. Everything would be stripped from me on September 20, 1999.

As I was about to graduate college, I was in a head-on collision in which I went all the way through the windshield and back into the car because I had my seatbelt on and grandma’s 89 Buick Century didn’t have airbags. My face was disfigured for years; I was embarrassed and often didn’t want to show my uneven face and smile in public.

Fortunately, my mom had introduced me to personal development at a very young age. It helped me to practice loving all aspects of myself and become my own best friend because I didn’t like what I saw in the mirror. It was an ongoing practice of self-love and acceptance for years as I healed my inner and outer pain. Today I still live with scars on my face and glass in my face, but these imperfections now remind me to love others, no matter who they are, what they are doing, or what they are going through.

After graduating college it was my dream to move to Chicago. I left Missouri and spent my 20’s working my way up the corporate ladder. After working 13 years in marketing and sales for profit-driven corporations, I found myself experiencing an undeniable sense of exhaustion and disappointment that I wasn’t fully sharing my gifts. I was helping others build profitable companies and I had the nice car, six-figure income, but I was unfulfilled within. This was the catalyst that pulled me down a different path and to invest in my own business and more personal development – a decision that would positively impact my life forever.

As I hit my early 30’s and moved to San Diego, I started over again. I dove deeper into understanding who I was, uncovering my desires, my passions… spending thousands of dollars on my own coaches, moving through my own limiting beliefs, patterns and old programming. My consciousness began to shift; I got certified in coaching, and finally started to see how I could incorporate everything I had been through and learned up to this point.

Now as a professional speaker, coach, trainer, I consider myself a guide that helps others move through the obstacles holding them back so they can step fully into their own power. I’m deeply fulfilled when my clients begin to share their gifts and create their definition of success in their life and business. They are normally able to unfold their biggest dreams in a way that feels amazing because they are in full (mind, body, soul) alignment. This is a process I refer to as IO Leadership, “working from the inside out.”

This is the idea that mastering yourself (your mind, emotions and your energy) is just as important as mastering the art of selling and learning business strategies. This is the foundation for much of my work, no gimmicks or shortcuts – just an unwavering commitment to create incredible results for others!

Were their other struggles along the way?
There are always unexpected challenges and struggles as we grow and move through life. As I became an entrepreneur committed to healing and growth, I’ve experienced many bumps along the way that have shaped who I am today.

I believe we are always a work in progress. Growth happens when we acknowledge who we are being and choose to take ownership and learn from our mishaps – then consciously change our patterns and allow guidance to redirect us along our path.

I’ve always been someone that wants everything yesterday. Can you relate?

I thought I would step out as an entrepreneur knowing exactly what I was going to do and clients would come. Wrong! It can take time to gain an understanding of your strengths and weaknesses in order to know the best way to market yourself, your brand and your message.

I remember investing in so many other’s programs as I got started, doing exactly what they said, then fell flat when it came to gaining new clients. It wasn’t until I did more internal work with my own coaches to gain more confidence and alignment to how I was showing up to others, did people start to magnify towards me. Practicing being present and feeling gratitude in every moment began to open me up to the little successes, which then turned into bigger successes.

We are always evolving. Resilience has become one of my biggest strengths when I fall. I remember earlier in my speaking career being in front of a group of 100 people on a big stage and I almost passed out. As I spoke about fear, my own fear surfaced, and I became self-conscious as to what others thought of me and could feel their overwhelming energy. I had to step off the stage thinking my career was over in that moment but then asked to finish my talk later that day where I was welcomed back with open arms.

This experience took me down a healing journey of learning how to embody my message, my power, and not take on the thoughts, feelings and emotions of others.

I’m a firm believer that we are always attracting experiences and people to us in each in every moment. This is why it’s so important to manage our thoughts and energetic vibration we are putting out into the world in order to create all that we want.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Stacey Ellen Enterprises – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company?
We believe that everyone has the opportunity to create, be, do and have anything they want in life. Whether you are in your 20’s or 60’s, it’s never to late to recreate your life. It’s important that when we work with clients we truly understand who they are and what’s important to them so they can create a fulfilling life they are passionate about.

We first help people move through anything holding them back and getting in the way of them stepping into full alignment mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally.

Thereafter, we become a guide to enable them to step into their power, harness that power, and share their gifts with the world in order to create and manifest everything they want. Once someone has done the “inner work” to create a better version of themselves, it becomes easier to create financial freedom, better relationships, and become open to opportunities. In my AmplifyU Community, people join from around the world for personal empowerment and ongoing support with a community of people dedicated to growth.

Second, I personally have an 18-year background of building businesses, so we also work with entrepreneurs who may have tried to get better at marketing and sales but they still haven’t seen results in their business. We guide them as they move through their own limitations and share their gifts in a way that’s aligned to them. From here we provide business strategy and guidance as they start to attract opportunities and new clients and learn to sell with a greater sense of ease.

Third, as an International Speaker and Trainer, it’s my goal to inspire and empower audiences with heart-centered messages, stories and trainings that enable them to create positive change in their own lives.

What sets you apart from others?
Client Results!

We’ve had a financial advisor step away from his corporate workplace, move to his dream city, and get hired at a boutique firm where he now making more money and feeling more fulfilled than he ever has before. We’ve had a notary expert start another business line of business offering translation services, and begin to create more partnerships than she ever thought possible while doubling her income and enjoying life.

Other’s who have been deep in the muck of divorce, deaths of parents, changing careers, living unfilled lives that have learned how to connect with their intuition, create balance, manifest prosperity, and create their dream lives.

Clients feel empowered as we educate them with the tools so they move through their blocks, surrender to the flow of a higher purpose, and then cultivate their own divine wisdom and intuition. From this aligned place they begin to become more self-actualized and able to create change in their life and tap into the abundance already around them; I call this creating a Prosperity Amplified Life.

“Learn to work harder on yourself than you do on your job. If you work hard on your job you can make a living, but if you work hard on yourself you’ll make a fortune.” This is a favorite quote by the famous Jim Rohn. We believe that you must do the inner work first in order to create change and sustain results in your life and business.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
It’s horrible living in San Diego! We have so much sunshine, beaches, the ocean, entrepreneurship, conscious communities, healthy food, mountains, hiking… It’s way too beautiful here! Haaa! Just Kidding! I love San Diego and enjoy every minute here.

San Diego is where I’ve experienced the most growth along my own personal path and where I met my now husband, got married, stepped fully into entrepreneurship and my purpose. Will we stay here forever? I can’t answer that at this point. There’s so much to explore in this world – always more growth to be had, plus many more amazing people to meet and inspire in this lifetime.
