Hi Sunaina , thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
As an elementary teacher with 10 years of experience, I’ve dedicated myself to not only teaching and supporting students socially and emotionally but also helping adults strengthen their relationships and overall well-being. This passion led me to create my platform, @theloveatlas, on Instagram and YouTube. Through this space, I aim to spread awareness and provide emotional support to anyone who needs it, because mental health matters.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has been both a smooth and challenging journey, and that’s what makes life wonderful. I’ve realized that connecting with incredible people who radiate positive energy has a meaningful impact on every area of my life. Along the way, I’ve struggled with encountering people who didn’t make me feel good about myself and who didn’t allow me to speak up. That’s when I decided to spread awareness through social media, because our personal relationships teach us so much about who we are and how we grow. Positivity keeps me going, especially because tough days are bound to come.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I specialize in life, love, and relationships, as well as spreading SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) awareness for both kids and adults. As an educator at heart, I’m deeply passionate about using social media to make a positive impact. I truly love what I do, and I’m committed to making a difference in the lives of others.
What I’m especially proud of is the clients I’ve been recently working with and helping them see life in a beautiful, more positive light. What sets me apart is that I create a safe space for everyone to be heard and listened to. It’s incredible because people love opening up to me, and that brings me so much joy.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
The quality that’s been most important to my success is empathy. Being able to listen to others, understand their experiences, and connect with them has helped me build trust and make a real difference in their lives. Whether I’m working with kids, adults, or clients on social media, empathy allows me to create safe spaces where people feel heard, seen, and supported.
