Meet Tatiana Mone

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tatiana Mone.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Tatiana. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I had built a successful career and forgotten how to care for myself, physically, mentally and emotionally. It wasn’t until I took a step back and really looked at my personal health from a whole-person perspective.

After the birth of my daughter, my journey became one of self-acceptance and love.

I realized that my struggles were not just my own. That many women struggle with balancing their careers and families largely due to the messages I began to receive on social media. It was at this time I decided to help as many women as I could.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Being a full-time mother, working professional and fitness entrepreneur definitely comes with it’s challenges. Balancing my everyday life a mother while building a coaching business requires multi-tasking and understanding when I need time out. While I am really good at telling clients to slow down, I often forget to listen to myself.

Tell us more about your work.
I am a Certified Health Coach and Prenatal and Postpartum Coach. I specialize in prenatal and postpartum wellness. I work with everyday women to get back to the basics of health and wellness without quick fixes. I am known in the breastfeeding community for my support of prenatal and postpartum women wanting to nourish their babies with their bodies while working towards their personal health.

The thing I am most proud of about my company is that I get to help real women. I work with moms who need a plan that fits their lives.

What makes Tatiana Mone Fitness, different is that my clients have permission to love and appreciate their bodies for what they have accomplished. We approach wellness from a place of self-love, not hate. We feed ourselves well because we love ourselves not because we hate the way we look. Shifting the mindset is required for sustainability.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success in any area can be described as successful completion or achievement of a task. As a mother, I now define success, based on how fulfilled I am and how happy my daughter is.

But the simplest way I look at success is being better today than I was yesterday.
