Originally from Chicago, Casey Brook is a licensed cosmetologist by trade, working as a full-time hairstylist and makeup artist in “The jewel By The Sea” La Jolla California. With well over a decade of industry knowledge & experience, she has built lasting relationships with clients & professionals alike. Specializing in technical hair design, hair coloring including balayage & ombre trends, up do’s, event styling, hair extensions, makeup & her personal favorite, blowouts. She is currently scheduling appointments inside of Phenix Salon Suites at The Hair Lounge of La Jolla Located at 7655 Girard Ave suite 102 La Jolla CA, 92037.
Has it been a smooth road?
San Diego can be a tough city for people moving from out of state like me without friends or family support. Hairstyling and hairdressing has given me community support and allowed me to continue to achieve personal and professional goals. My advice is to continue to learn as much as can and push yourself.

Opportunities for women are endless, especially in the beauty industry. Empowering other women by making them feel good about themselves has a return affect. 🙂
