Today we’d like to introduce you to Irma Haiman.
Irma, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Yes, eight months ago, my husband, Justin and I, launched His Princess Graphic Tees. A faith-based business that was a God-given dream that finally came into fruition after two years. A tee shirt brand that brings a smile to your face, a giggle in your soul, a pep in your step and a longing to know who God is. So far, this journey has been fun, hard at times, as well as exciting! We’re learning so much and even though we’ve mad a couple of first-time entrepreneur mistakes, we’re learning from them and moving on. Our goal is for me to work His Princess from home, be generous with what God has blessed us with and leave a legacy for our children and our grandchildren. We have two already and TWINS that will be here in July! Had to throw that in there! Also, we know that the best is yet to come and we are ready!
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There has definitely been some struggles along the way. One that stands out is overstock. The excitement of launching our tees led us to order more than enough. So, needless to say, that means great deals to our customers! You learn, make the best of it and keep on keeping on.
My advice to female entrepreneurs is to JUMP. There is never a “right” time. If you have a desire to make a difference, to release a product or service, then by all means, go for it! You’ll learn as you go along. Remember, you can read every book, listen to all the podcasts, learn the ins and outs, but none of that helps if you don’t take that leap of faith doll!
Also, BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. Believe in the ability you have to make a difference for someone else. Believe in your gifts and talents that God has blessed you with. Believe in who you are. You’re brave. You’re beautiful. You’re more than enough. You are God’s daughter, You are His Princess.

His Princess Graphic Tees is a brand that reminds you of who you are. You’re God’s daughter, His Princess. Our brand is about self-love, encouragement and God’s love for you.
What I’m most proud of is that as this brand grows, so is our community. A community of women lifting each other up. Reminding each other of God’s love, as well as, learning to love themselves in whatever season they’re in. All this starts with a simple tee that hopefully brings a smile to your face or a good old classic case of the giggles.
Which women have inspired you in your life?
There are two women that have inspired me tremendously. The first one is my Mama. Oh, that lady is a feisty one and boy do I love her! She’s always told me to go after what I want. To never let anyone dim my light. You do what you have to do to make the desires of your heart come true. For so long they were just words of encouragement until one day it just clicked and here I am!
Another inspiration is my spiritual Mama, Pastor Georgina De La Mora. She has taught me to trust in God no matter the season. To block out the noise and listen to God’s whisper. He’s the One that guides and provides, which He has done on this entrepreneur journey. Pastor G, as we call her, is a true gem. Both of these women believe in me and my journey wholeheartedly. Thankful for both my Mamas!
