Today we’d like to introduce you to Kyrra Key.
Kyrra, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
1: It is not uncommon that one becomes inspired by something they experience. What is uncommon is the determination one develops from the experience which allows them to strive and obtain that goal for themselves. In 2014, I attended a luxury spa in Miami, FL where I received such amazing service, that I decided I wanted to be able to provide that sort of experience myself. Upon returning to Las Vegas, NV I immediately embarked on a non-stop mission to gain my esthetician license. Once I successfully received my license, I worked at a Medical Spa for seven months to gain work experience.
I then moved to San Diego, CA and began working for a franchise lash company. As I was working for the lash franchise I built a name for myself as the best lash technician in the office. While working, I was also a free-lance lash technician working from home. In the process of trying to make a name for myself my employer at the time was trying to diminish my work and my character. Fortunately, I base myself on being a quality and reliable service provider, that my clientele grew, allowing me to be in the position that I am today as the rightful owner of Eyemazing Beauty Bar.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
My advice to younger women would be to continuously strive for your dreams. Many people in the world are going to tell you to make a Plan B and Plan C just in case Plan A does not work out. If Plan A is what you really want to achieve, then you will put your all into making it work.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Eyemazing Beauty Bar – what should we know?
I am a licensed esthetician that specializes in four different types of lashes: classic, hybrid, volume and mega. I have recently added non-invasive fillers to my services as well. Within this journey, I would have to say that I am most proud that I am able to consistently provide a quality product while simultaneously paying attention to detail and most importantly customer satisfaction. Many enter a profession for the potential amount of money they will receive. I on the other hand, entered this profession in hopes of bringing customers the quality service I was once fortunate enough to receive; the money I receive is just a plus.
