We’re the mother-daughter duo behind Bliss and Baker, an online-based Rice Crispie Treat company. We’ve always loved cooking and baking together and after years of bringing a dessert to friends and family functions, we decided to start sharing our creations with everyone!
Our first confection was our Salty Caramel Crispie Treat. Once we tasted it, we knew we were on to something special!
We’ve worked tirelessly on perfecting our recipes and finding the best ways to share our story and product. A combination of social media, press, and (of course) word of mouth, have allowed us to grow and run a successful business!
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
We have learned SO much over the past few years and it has honestly, been the most exciting and rewarding thing ever!
Be ready to learn anything and everything. When you’re starting your own business, you play every role and when you truly want to succeed, you’ll do whatever it takes.
Create a vision, whether it’s a mood board or a vision board. Put together colors, fonts, and inspirations from people & companies that you admire.
Tell people what you do whenever you have the chance. It helps promote your product and builds your confidence!

We are an online-based Rice Crispie Treat company that has a treat for every craving. We’ve developed a signature collection of treats and we rotate new flavors every month. We take pride in ensuring that our treats are always fresh and delicious & we write handwritten notes to every customer!
All our treats are hand made in small batches, and many of them are naturally gluten-free.
It’s amazing to us that thousands of our treats are shipped and enjoyed every week!
Finding a mentor and building a network are often cited in studies as a major factor impacting one’s success. Do you have any advice or lessons to share regarding finding a mentor or networking in general?
We’ve met lots of amazing women through local Pop-Ups- they’re always inspiring! Social media is also huge for networking and connecting with new businesses and people!
