Today we’d like to introduce you to Ronda Renée.
Ronda, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Often it’s our biggest challenges and disappointments that knock us on the right path. It was no different for me. At the end of my second failed marriage, I looked around and said, “Wait a minute! I did everything “they” told me to do, everything that was supposed to make me happy. And THIS is what I end up with?”
I checked all the boxes…. I went to school, got married, had two great kids, great friends and a dream job I loved. I was even a landlord with multiple properties. And yet, I had still ended up in the ditch again. I started to wonder if it was only me that this system didn’t work for or if I was just the only one willing to admit it. So I set out to find what WOULD work for me. I spent two years and well over a hundred thousand dollars in intense personal and spiritual exploration. Ultimately it all led me to my life’s work of Divine Navigation.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
My road has certainly not been smooth! I’ve had one divorce, one annulment, a bankruptcy, watched my brother battle addiction and cared for my dad in my home after his terminal cancer diagnosis while also running my business from home. Smooth roads don’t make for very fulfilling lives. I’ve come to see what the personality would call challenges as an opportunity to evolve the Soul. Each and every circumstance we face is simply an opportunity to either express a new level of mastery or create a new level of mastery. What else is life about after all?
Divine Navigation – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
As the founder of DivineNavigation.com and creator of the Divine Coordinates® process, I have the honor of introducing people to themselves through identifying their Divine Coordinates, the specific unique energetic qualities that make up your Soul. This allows you to not only understand the precise purpose of your birth but also how to live, love and work from that place.
What sets us apart is our innovative approach to purpose. Your purpose is not a project or a mission, it’s not even your business. It is a specific state of being you were meant to hold for the planet. A necessary energetic frequency that is missing in the world if you aren’t. Using your Divine Coordinates to navigate your life gives you clarity on what direction to go in and to know what’s right for you at every turn of the journey. As long as you are expressing and experiencing the specific energies of your Divine Coordinates, you will have the satisfaction and fulfillment you crave in all areas of your life.
I am most proud of the fact that I and the Certified Divine Navigation® coaches have been able to support individuals across the globe – including Singapore, Dubai, England, France, South America and Australia as well as the US – in living, loving and working from their Soul. While that looks different for every person, every one of them is living a more satisfying and fulfilling life through their Divine Coordinates.
We have both a personal path and a business path. On the personal path we work with people who have had a fair amount of success in their lives but aren’t feeling the satisfaction they thought success would bring. Through their Divine Coordinates, they understand what it is that will actually bring them the sense of fulfillment they are seeking. On the business path, I advise entrepreneurs and business owners on how to run the business their Soul wants them to and not just the one they think they have to in order to make money. The result is they get much more enjoyment while having more impact and making more income.
We’re interested to hear your thoughts on female leadership – in particular, what do you feel are the biggest barriers or obstacles?
No matter the industry or arena, I think one of the biggest barriers women still face today is within ourselves. We discount our own desires and intuition far too often. It’s time that we get clear on what truly matters most to us as individuals – not just what we are told should be important – and take stand for what ever that is across the board. When we are aligned with our Souls we are forces of nature. It’s up to us to change our own world first so we can change the World.
