Victoria, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.

CIDESCO, ITEC, Oncology Skin Treatments Certified. As the owner at Healthy Skin by Victoria, I specialize in clinical anti-aging treatments, advanced acne treatments, manual lymphatic drainage massage, and corrective makeup. Thirty-six years ago, I started as pre-med student and I discovered my love for skin, so I decided to join the Aesthetics program in Barcelona, Spain. I also studied Make-up Artistry in France. After completing al of my studies and started to work at MedSpas with several different plastic surgeons as well as day spas as the role of the lead aesthetician and spa director. I have won 13 trophies at International make-up competitions, because of this I have had the opportunity of working at the Warner Bros. Studios. I have now decided to start a new chapter in my life by opening my private practice to better service the community of San Diego and helps patients who are currently going through cancer treatments/cancer survivors by recently obtaining my certification for Oncology Facials. I’m so thankful to be in this beautiful industry because learning and being able to treat the skin in my greatest passion.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?

I specialize in clinical anti-aging treatments, advanced acne treatments, manual lymphatic drainage massage, and corrective makeup. I’m known for my European techniques 36 years of experience in the aesthetics industry. What sets me apart from others is that I have a medical background, with my medical knowledge it helps me to perform an excellent skin analysis and gives clients the best results they’ve ever had. I am most proud of my company, for recently being able to open my ope place.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
If I had to start over, I would have opened my business sooner.
