Today we’d like to introduce you to Vitali Rodriguez.

Every artist has a unique story. Can you briefly walk us through yours?
I’m the founder of MyLove4Pictures. I’m married to the love of my life, and I have two wonderful boys. I got into photography by (an intentional) accident. I first started taking pictures of my boys, just for fun. I wanted to capture every precious moment of their adorable lives. Then, I connected with several shops on Instagram, and my boys became their brand representatives. The shops would send their products to my boys, and I would post their photographs on social media.

Shortly after that, I became “the photographer” for my family and my close friends. I started photographing their engagements, weddings, baby showers, newborns, birthdays, graduations and portraits. Photography became my passion. I just fell in love with the emotions that are captured by photography. My family and friends are the ones who encouraged me to turn my passion for photography into a business.

I was initially petrified. There are so many talented photographers out there, and I was intimidated. I did not think that my photography was good enough to turn it into a business. Thankfully, I have received nothing but love and support from my clients. My clients encourage me, recommend me, and give me repeat business. There is no better feeling than to be appreciated. I’m so lucky to have such wonderful clients. I’m beyond grateful to every single one of them.

Please tell us about your art.
My art is digital photography. I never thought of myself as an artist. However, computers and technology have always interested me. Today, computers and technology in professional cameras have allowed me to become an artist and to express myself through photography.

I never imagined how much work can go into a single photograph. I thought that all you needed for a great picture was a good camera. It’s incredible what you can accomplish with the available technology, a good camera, a unique moment captured in a photograph, and your creativity.

I truly pour my heart and soul into my photography. Each of my photographs speaks to me differently, and I edit it accordingly. I endeavor to have my photographs speak to my clients and be as meaningful to them as the moments they capture.

What do you think is the biggest challenge facing artists today?
Photography is a very saturated market. Although this is the biggest challenge, I think there are enough clients for every photographer. This is because photography is such a unique art. Each photographer has a unique style and personality. In my opinion, photography is very emotional, personal, and intimate. A client is letting the photographer into an important part of his or her life. A photographer is somewhat vulnerable and depends highly on the client’s satisfaction and appreciation. I’m always hopeful that my clients like my photographs as much as I do. Thankfully, I have been very lucky. My clients have loved my work, some have given me repeat business, and others have recommended me to their family and friends.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to be able to do what I love and to follow my passion. Compared to anything I have pursued in the past; photography has made me the happiest. I love the relationships I have built through my pursuit of photography. I want to thank my family, my friends and my clients for supporting my passion. Thank you SDvoyager for giving me the opportunity to express myself as a person, as an artist, and as a photographer.

How or where can people see your work? How can people support your work?
My work can be seen on my website https://mylove4pictures.myportfolio.com, Facebook https://www.facebook.com/MyLove4Pictures/ and Instagram https://www.instagram.com/mylove4pictures/.

You can support my photography business by:
• Liking my photos.
• Reposting and sharing my promotions or special events.
• Following me on my social media pages.
• Tagging my business page on pictures I have taken for you.
• Commenting on my posts.
• Writing a wonderful review on Facebook.
• Referring your family and friends.

I think the above ideas are wonderful ways to support any business. Referrals from all of my wonderful clients, family, and friends have worked the best for me. A potential client is more likely to hire me when a recommendation comes from someone he or she knows and trusts.
