So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
After a lot of experience in different sales and marketing roles, I got my salespersons license in 2005. After years of growth and focus I got my broker’s license in 2015. We handle mostly residential sales but do commercial real estate transactions as well.
Has it been a smooth road?
Changes in the market have provided some bumps along the way. The distressed property market had an effect and effects were felt in the lending world as a result. The hardest challenge is staying ahead of the public’s perception based on the hype and confusion caused by the media.

We work 95% by referral. And for the last 2 years, 40% of our business has been working with past clients on their 2nd, 3rd, or 6th transaction with us. We specialize in securing a win for our clients and an overall satisfaction both in the result and the smoothness of the road traveled to get to desired results. We are a family business built on helping families live.
Is our city a good place to do what you do?
I love Selling San Diego! If you can’t sell a top 3 destination location, don’t go into Real Estate! If property values went down if would help affordability but demand for property remains very strong nonetheless.
