I put all my vitamins out get a fresh cup of orange juice, and 2 ounces of aloe vera juice. and make myself a delicious breakfast.. I feed my beautiful 15 year-old dog Coco. . I read my daily scripture then I go into my secret place my prayer room and pray!

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
What I felt when I was a child was I felt different from everyone else. I was raised in the south in the 70s and my mother was a single mom. I thought as a young child that my dad was dead at age 7. Many things happened to me when I was young that was out of my control that made me have a victim mindset. I was always fun and I always loved everyone, but I truly think I believed that I was weird and that I didn’t really belong.. I felt at a deep
level that’s something must’ve been wrong with me for all the things that had already happened to me at such a young age!
Today I know that I am called that God has a very special unique purpose for me and all the hardships that I’ve been through are ways that I can help other people . I can help them not make the same mistakes that I have . My goal is to point them in the right direction based on my life experience. I know now that all those things led me to where I am so that I can help people . Every once in a while still get caught and my brain and I feel double minded. It took me years to not have different compartments in my life and compartmentalize things. Finally, I’m at a point in my life where I feel one with myself.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Actually yes there’s been lots of times throughout my life I wanted to give up. I always knew I had Jesus I always knew how much He loved me . I always knew that no matter what I could do it. Even though I knew I had the love of God many times I would beat myself up and think I didn’t deserve it.
.
When I was young, I would have suicidal thoughts all the time because I just felt like there was something deeply wrong with me. Then over these past few years in my relationship that hasn’t been the best. I again had that feeling that something must be wrong with me just like what I felt when I was a little girl. I kept trying to fix myself so that this person would love me however, nothing I did really worked. There was times when I just thought I should just stay in this toxic relationship because I can’t do any better I would do self talk like
I’m not worth more.
After my book that I wrote, didn’t make any money and the documentary that came out didn’t get any money , and after my business failed in 2022 I definitely had thoughts of given up.
At the same time. I didn’t know where my husband was because his father had died and he was on his own emotional journey. I really felt like giving up ! I didn’t. I got a job. I started paying the bills and I just kept on trucking. Sometimes you have to decide in your heart. I can do this. Nothing’s gonna take me out, but I know that I’m victorious and that I can do all things through Christ who loves me.

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
They would say the most important thing to me is my relationship with God. They would say I’m a loyal friend almost to a fault and that I wear my heart on my sleeve,! I would do anything for anyone. They would also say I really like to have a good time .
Im always on some kind of adventure. They would say she’s a special ed teacher , she goes home and makes the videos to try to get acting parts in LA.. She sells real estate and she wants to start a Coffee Cart and go save the world. She doesn’t know how to just do one thing lol!!

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What do you understand deeply that most people don’t?
I understand deeply that no matter what God has you. At the deepest level I know that if I can just be patient and wait and trust that everything will work out for the good. What was meant for evil will turn for good. , I know that I’m on a path and that I have a purpose on this earth.
