Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
We started in 2020 smack dab in the middle of covid. At the time LFG was a chat with a few friends that talked crap to one another & where we were riding our Harley Davidson motorcycle. We ended up making a shirt and our support group, customers on social media bought every shirt we made. We are in a 12-step program and often talk about our past and the struggle of getting clean. Today, Rafa and I run LFG1904 and also our podcast The LFG1904 show. We are completely grateful for our friends, supporters, and fans of what we do.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?

Who else deserves credit in your story?
Yes, many my grandparents had a huge impact on my life pretty much raised my sister and I. Definitely the behavior modification rehab I went to many counselors from there. My sponsors in the rooms are narcotics. Anonymous. My wife, Elise.
