Rising Stars: Meet Elle Cunning

Today we’d like to introduce you to Elle Cunning.

Hi Elle, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
During the beginning of Covid sweeping the nation, I became very well acquainted with my phone and social media. I grew a following on my platforms. When covid restrictions lessened… I dove headfirst into any country concert I could. From there… traveling took off also. Combine a concert and travels in one; that’s my heaven on Earth. I began working with concert and festival companies, getting to travel, meeting new people, listening to live music, all for my job. I can confidently say I have never been happier.

We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It’s been amazing. My biggest fear is being stagnant, and this road has been anything but. I never know where this career will take me, down the line or geographically… But it’s going to be a wild ride regardless. I’ve flown somewhere almost every single month in 2022, and I don’t want to slow down any time soon. I have been all over California, Alabama, Florida, Arizona, Tennessee, and have plans for more later in the year! The biggest challenge is planning all the events out where nothing clashes and making sure I have all my outfits on time.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I partner with festival and concert companies as an influencer. I promote the event to inspire my followers and people with alike interests to go! And then, I attend the event myself and create content of the event, during and after! I love getting the outfit together, making sure I fit the vibe of the event and performer. I think I’m known for being at every country music concert and my concert outfits! I’m most proud of the feedback I hear from people I meet at these events. I’ve made so many friends through this job, and I love hearing when I made their night more fun. I love hearing when I inspire others to travel, go to as many concerts as they can, to wear what they want, and more. I think what sets me apart is my genuine love of concerts, traveling, fashion, and everything involved. It’s truly my favorite thing to do, and it shows. I think I stand out by truly putting my all into what I love, living every day to the fullest, and appreciating every single moment.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
I spent summers in Mission Beach as a kid. It reminds me of summers as a kid, carefree, watching Aquamarine on the box tv while playing with barbies on the floor. My favorite venue is the North Island Credit Union Amphitheater in Chula Vista. And my favorite Thai food place is Tweety Thai in Pacific Beach. And Woodys Diner in Pacific Beach.
