Hi Jenny, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
Bloom Spa & Salon is a passion project founded by Two professional beauty experts who decided to come together and bring it to life in 2017.
Parisa and I meet early in our careers, and from the beginning, our goal for Bloom spa & salon was to provide a welcoming & relaxing environment for our guest. This project was made possible thanks to the many years invested in our hard work, education, and commitment to our craft. It wasn’t until 8 years later that this Dream could be made possible. Thanks to the dedication and strong work ethic.
We’ve survived as a new business through the most unexpected pandemic that hit us in the beginning of our journey, and our commitment to our guest our team, and each other is what pushes us to continue growing.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
It has been everything but a smooth ride! The first year was a big learning curb. I had to learn everything about running a business lot of trial & error with many tears the first year; the self-doubt was real! Being away for many long hours from my toddler was the hardest; it had me constantly questioning my decision, but in my heart, I knew she was my biggest why!
I’m beyond grateful for my business partner who believed in me and in our capability to make this Dream a reality,
Little did we know that at the end of 2019, we would be hit with a Global pandemic that forced us to close our doors for more than half the year; without each other’s support, we probably wouldn’t be here today.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m happy to say we specialize in making our guest feel their best! We are most proud of being able to customize your visit to us based on your individual needs.
We offer advanced training to our staff, and we are committed to growth as a team and individuals. I’d say the majority of our guest care about the health of their skin and hair; we pride ourselves in the best ingredients in our products that are results driven and environmentally friendly.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
You have to work hard for the business to be successful and committed to continue growing; we’re always seeking out education and advanced trainings.
