Today we’d like to introduce you to Martha Newmeyer
Hi Martha, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
We are a student apartment complex located on the SDSU complex. Our move in day is going to be August 17th, 2025.
Ty Graham and I (Martha Newmeyer) used to work for different apartment complexes in the area. We are now a team of 2 on site and have 3 other colleagues we work with remotely. Ty is the Community Manager and I am the Leasing and Marketing Team Leader.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has been a good ride. Both Ty and I started working for Victory on Paseo in the summer. We have been working remotely and on campus. We do not have an office so we try to be on campus every day of the week to show our presence.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
We specialize in student housing. We try to interact with students every day to figure out if our property meets their needs. We have a strong social media presence. as we await our grand opening, it is very important that we show how active we are by posting on our socials. We do weekly giveaways, pop up events on and off campus and tiny mic interviews. We love to take our golf cart and drive around campus to give out free snacks and energy drinks and talk to students and prospects.
