Hi Martika, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My love for tile was an unexpected journey that started over 10 years ago. I was approached by a friend who worked at a local tile store and asked if I would be interested in a position. I was confused because I was not familiar with the industry, so I wasn’t sure it would be a good fit for me. I decided to give it a shot, because why not try something new and exciting? Here I am 11 years later, the sales manager at Tile Collective.

Tile Collective is a boutique tile and stone showroom located in Solana Beach, CA. We showcase our thoughtfully curated collection that is timeless yet keeps up with the current trends. Our team specializes in residential, commercial, interior and exterior remodels and new builds. We help select tile and stone for any space! Tile Collective is women owned and operated, which is rare in this day and age. I am proud to work for such an incredible and beautiful company.
