We’re looking forward to introducing you to Sandra. Check out our conversation below.
Good morning Sandra, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What do you think others are secretly struggling with—but never say?
I truly think a lot of people are secretly struggling with Authenticity.
And especially with social media, people are loosing with it means to be your true authentic self, instead they’re trying to emulate what others perceive as such therefore loosing themselves in the midst.
And it’s crazy because a lot of people don’t know this about themselves because they’re too focused on other people’s perception.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Sandra, and I’m the founder of Just1PR, a public relations and branding agency dedicated to helping clients turn their stories into impact. At Just1PR, we specialize in elevating voices, whether that’s through media strategy, event execution, or digital branding, and making sure our clients are positioned exactly where they need to be.
What makes Just1PR unique is that we blend creativity with strategy. We don’t just chase headlines; we build lasting narratives and connections that truly resonate. Our work is rooted in authenticity and community impact, and we’re passionate about ensuring our clients shine in ways that align with their vision and values.
Right now, I’m focused on expanding Just1PR’s reach, taking on exciting new clients, and creating opportunities to showcase powerful stories that deserve to be heard.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who taught you the most about work?
I would say i thought myself most about work.
We all do at some point in time in our life journey,
No one teaches you more about work than yourself, especially when you have people depending on the outcome of that work.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Absolutely and plenty of times.
But I had to remind myself of the end goal and the reason why I started n the first place.
At some point, we’ve all thought about giving up on a certain dream we thought was unattainable, sadly some of us do give up and some of us stay on course to see it through.
Am very glad I stayed on course to see mines through.
So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes & No.
I still have somethings I can’t be in public doing……lol
However, it’s good to be the real in public or private, as long as you still maintain a certain amount of decorum.
Especially in public might i add..
But people do deserve to see the authentic and real you for sure.
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. Could you give everything your best, even if no one ever praised you for it?
Absolutely!
You have to start by praising yourself first.
You can’t always expect anyone to praise you for your own success,
And we’ve all given our best at something that we got no praises for, but yet was able to succeed.
So you should always give your best regardless if you’re getting praised or Not.
