We recently had the chance to connect with Uri Bialostozky and have shared our conversation below.
Uri, really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
Wake up and get a workout in to mentally and physically be ready for the day.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Uri Bialostozky, Co-Founder of WallaTees and WallaSigns, your one-stop shop for custom-designed apparel and impactful signage solutions. We started WallaTees with a simple belief: that every custom order, whether it’s a single tee or a thousand, should be a stress-free experience that truly reflects a brand’s identity.
What makes us unique is our unwavering commitment to speed, quality, and transparency, all delivered with an all-inclusive pricing model that eliminates hidden fees. We’re not just printers; we’re problem-solvers. We pride ourselves on being the best at delivering orders stress-free, nationwide, ensuring your custom items arrive on time, every time.
This dedication has earned the trust of major brands like Honda, Toyota, MaryRuth’s, BelliWelli, and Solely, alongside countless local schools and nonprofits.
We’re currently expanding our reach with WallaSigns, offering everything from custom business cards and banners to A-frames and vehicle wraps, providing the same high-quality, fast-turnaround service.
We’re constantly working on new ways to help organizations, businesses, and events not just stand out, but truly shine with custom solutions that deliver confidence and pride.
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. Who taught you the most about work?
My biggest teachers have been my father and my family. My dad modeled what it means to take pride in your work aka show up early, do it right, and treat people with respect.
From him, I learned that your name is on everything you do, and that quality and honesty are non-negotiable.
My family reinforced the idea that business is ultimately about people: listening well, keeping your word, and standing by your team and your customers. Those lessons shape how we run WallaTees and WallaSigns every day, focusing on service, craftsmanship, and doing what we say we’ll do.
When did you last change your mind about something important?
Just last week… decided to go to a buffet with friends instead of going to an all-you-can eat sushi spot. Food is very important.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
I’m committed to building a company that people genuinely trust,,, Where ordering custom apparel and signage is consistently stress-free, transparent, and on time. That means investing in craftsmanship, fair and all‑inclusive pricing, and a culture that treats every order like our name is on it. Long-term, we’re focused on creating stable, U.S.-based jobs, mentoring young entrepreneurs, and showcasing the people behind the work. Even if it takes years, we’ll keep pushing to make WallaTees and WallaSigns the standard for reliability and integrity in our industry.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: Could you give everything your best, even if no one ever praised you for it?
100% – without a doubt.
